Go behind the gates to a peaceful Ibiza enclave at Casa Cocoon. Set in a gated community, this luxury holiday property has plenty of private outdoor space for up to ten guests to bask in the Mediterranean sun. If you’d like to see more of the island, it’s 10 minutes or less to several beaches, and 25 minutes to downtown Ibiza and its lively shops, chic restaurants and famed nightlife.

Sweep through the gates and onto nearby one acre of lush grounds. Stretch out on a lounger or sun bed by the pool, catch up on reading in the shade of one of the outdoor sitting areas or challenge family and friends to games on the lawn. For al-fresco evenings, there’s a barbecue and a canopy-covered dining area that seats ten; if you’d prefer to entertain indoors, there are rustic touches like a wood-burning fireplace alongside high-tech amenities like a sound system, satellite TV and Wi-Fi.

The more than 450 square meter of living space at Casa Cocoon are bright and minimalist. In the great room, contemporary architecture is paired with a mix of exotic pieces, from block-like chairs and a stone table to sculptures and vibrant paintings. The open-plan living and dining area and fully equipped kitchen open to the terrace through a series of French doors that also flood the space with light.

There are four bedrooms in the villa’s main house and one in a guest apartment; all five have en-suite bathrooms. Three of the four main-house bedrooms have king beds, including one with a lounge area and one with its own terrace and entrance, and the fourth bedroom has a double bed. The guest apartment has a king bed, private terrace and separate entrance, and could be used as a suite for in-laws or honeymoon-style retreat.

This vacation rental’s location in the Roca Llisa area puts you close to a range of sights and downtown Ibiza. It’s a 10-minute drive or less to three different beaches, including the quiet cove of Cala Olivera and the popular stretch of Cala Llonga. Make the 10-minute walk to tee off at Ibiza Golf Course, or the 25-minute drive to spend a day exploring Old Town Ibiza or a night in one of the famous clubs.

Music and outdoor noises must be kept low after 9:00 PM. Between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM, there should be no external disturbances from music or voices.

Upon check-out, the tenant is obligated to leave the rental property by 10:00 AM in a swept, garbage-free, washed, and orderly condition, including terraces, living areas, pool area, barbecue, etc. Furniture should be returned to its original position.

In consideration of subsequent tenants, we kindly request that you refrain from smoking inside the rental property.

Due to the general risk of fire, public fires are legally prohibited in the summer.

The tenant is responsible for daily disposal of generated trash.
