Quiet family & dog friendly home on Lake Hartwell with a large deck and two level boat lift equipped dock. Very deep water (23 feet at dock when lake is full) means not worrying about summertime water drops and no touching your feet on the bottom when swimming. Two jet ski ports for keeping your water craft out of water and secure during your stay. Bring your boat too, there is plenty of room to tie up to the dock! There is a small boat ramp that is located in same cove and very easy to get to (Port Bass boat ramp). The spacious upper dock is furnished with cushioned furniture and sunshade. Kayaks are also available to be used to explore our large and quiet cove. The large 20'x30' deck overlooks the lake while keeping dogs and small children secure with gates and fencing. Multiple tables with sunshades, grill, and mosquito lamps will keep you comfortable while grilling out lunch or dinner. Full size washer and dryer along with two full size refrigerators. In addition the house is equipped with central air and satellite TV. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, 2nd bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds, and living room has two queen size solid wood futons. Concrete parking area is 35'x50' so there is room for your vehicle and trailer. Sorry we do not have internet access, it is not available in this area. There are multiple State and Federal parks in the area with hiking and biking trails. Home is only 30 min to Clemson University and one hour to University of Georgia.

Thanksgiving 2020 in Fair Play SC
We had a great time at this property in Fair Play and would highly recommend both the location and host. The boat dock was a highlight and is a wonderful place with the furniture the host has provided. The rental was exactly as described and we are glad to have been privileged to be here.

Relaxing Lake House with many amenities
Great place with many supplies for good cooking and fun on the lake. Relaxing on the dock over the water was a dream. Enjoyed the big deck with good view and locking gates are safe for dogs or kids. Quiet walks in the neighborhood during off season.

Falling Leaves
We really enjoyed all the outdoor spaces of this property! Beautiful views and lots of places to sit and chat, play games or read a book. We grilled out and took naps on the futon! Just what the doctor ordered!

Perfect Getaway
My dog and I stayed here for a few nights and it was exactly the getaway we needed! We spent our days on the incredible dock and kayaking in the lake and spent evenings relaxing on the back porch. The property is beautiful and the home was the perfect size for my dog and I. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Family vacation
We had a wonderful family vacation. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kids loved the futons and bunk beads. We spent a lot of time at the dock. The best part for the kids (and the husband) were the kayaks. We also fished during the evenings and caught a few nice ones! The owner was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely consider staying there in the future.

Incredible Stay! Highly recommended!
What can I say - great house, great dock, great location. Everything you need! Great food nearby. The dock is amazing and worth the trip by itself. The cove may be the best on the lake. I grew up on this lake and this may be the best location I have seen. Deep water and very quiet. Very comfortable and clean house. Great deck. Kayaks are great. Easy driveway. Close to the interstate. Great tv service for the rainy afternoon. No WiFi in the area which is a GOOD thing. Enjoy being outdoors! Everything you need in the house. Great host! Will be back and about to book my next trip there! Highly recommended!
