It is located in a great area where you can have both total relaxation at the cabin or go out and explore the many sites and places that the surrounding area provide. The owner, Carl and his dogs are nothing but friendly and welcoming! Carl will make sure that you feel welcomed and know everything you need to know about the cabin and how the electronics work. You will be amazed at this cabin! It was built completely from top to bottom by Carl and his MASTER CRAFTSMANSHIP. Carl went well beyond just building a cabin. He is a Master in the field of carpentry and you will see for yourself if you stay at one of his cabins. He actually harvested all the cedar and wood to build the cabin right from the property it sits on. There are all sorts of extras added into the details like LED lights set in the wood. A cabin wide sound system that will carry your music throughout the place. A beautiful fire pit and rocking chairs to enjoy the fire while you rock away. The front porch has comfortable seating and it's so relaxing that you can even fall asleep out there with the sounds of nature. I know from experience because I fell asleep out in the chair for a couple of hours! The screened back porch and open front porch were my favorite places to enjoy a few minutes before heading to bed each night and to take in the sounds of nature whether at night or during the afternoon when you just need a little break. The attention to detail that Carl and Bridget put into our stay was very appreciated.
