In the district of Porto Cristo Novo, outside the resort Porto Cristo, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), 300 m from the sea. For shared use: barbecue. Private: property (fenced), garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool angular (7 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 30.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower. In the house: washing machine. Public parking on the road. Supermarket, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Porto Cristo" 800 m, railway station "Manacor" 17 km, sandy beach 300 m.
