Welcome to our gorgeous basement studio! The comfiest king bed with crisp cotton linens. Private bath with shower. Spacious den with couch & tv. No kitchen, but included are fridge, microwave, toaster oven, & coffee essentials. Private Washer/dryer.

Private entrance & access to *shared* backyard patio & salt water pool (Apr- Oct).

NO ANIMALS, including service animals (allergies). NO CHILDREN UNDER 8. NO PARTIES OR GUESTS.
NO SMOKING on the property.

Close to the new Wake Forest Wegmans, and easy access to 98 and US-1, this location can’t be beat!
Private home in quiet cul-de-sac; the basement apartment has its own private entrance and access to *shared* lower patio with salt water pool.
Upstairs from this unit lives a family, you’ll hear us, but the studio is completely private and has its own entrance. **Please review rules.**

Street parking is available by the tree in front of the house! Make sure you park with traffic, as the town of wake forest is notorious for ticketing those who park against traffic!

House Rules

- this is a separate basement studio with a family who lives upstairs; please understand there will be noise from upstairs. - review cancelation policy before booking - if you are unsure of dates, please opt in for airbnbs cancelation insurance; - only registered guests allowed on property (4 maximum - please contact host prior to finalizing reservation for additional requests - NO CHILDREN UNDER 8 ALLOWED BECAUSE OF POOL ACCESS!). - quiet time (no loud tv/music, noise outside) between 8pm and 7am. - must keep gate to pool area closed at all times. -no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property, inside or outside. -no parties. - no glass in/around pool/pool deck. - no pets including service animals (my son has allergies and asthma, and since this is a shared space, no animals of any kind are allowed). - DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING DOWN TOILET BUT TOILET PAPER. THIS INCLUDES TAMPONS AND TAMPON APPLICATORS AS WELL AS FLUSHABLE WIPES OR WIPES OF ANY KIND. PLEASE WRAP TAMPONS (EVEN USED ONES) AND DISCARD IN GARBAGE. - Please turn off all exterior lights at night. -Check in time 4 pm, check out is 10 am. This can usually be flexible (an hour) provided 72 hour advance notice so I can arrange with cleaners - one hour per stay is provided, anything over an hour will be at the rate of $20/hour. If you would like private pool time, this can often be arranged if done in advance, at the rate of $25/hour. Please reach out to me with questions regarding reserving private pool time. Notes

While the basement studio is private, there is an active family upstairs. There is definitely noise that will occur during the non-quiet hours. Our weekdays often start early, but we try very hard to be mindful of those downstairs! If you are seeking privacy or solitude, please be aware of this. Pool is covered and unusable for the winter - usually in/around October/November through March/April. Please refer to rules and cancelation policy prior to booking.
