boho chic basement studio + shared pool - Wake Forest

- this is a separate basement studio with a family who lives upstairs; please understand there will be noise from upstairs. - review cancelation policy before booking - if you are unsure of dates, please opt in for airbnbs cancelation insurance; - only registered guests allowed on property (4 maximum - please contact host prior to finalizing reservation for additional requests - NO CHILDREN UNDER 8 ALLOWED BECAUSE OF POOL ACCESS!). - quiet time (no loud tv/music, noise outside) between 8pm and 7am. - must keep gate to pool area closed at all times. -no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property, inside or outside. -no parties. - no glass in/around pool/pool deck. - no pets including service animals (my son has allergies and asthma, and since this is a shared space, no animals of any kind are allowed). - DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING DOWN TOILET BUT TOILET PAPER. THIS INCLUDES TAMPONS AND TAMPON APPLICATORS AS WELL AS FLUSHABLE WIPES OR WIPES OF ANY KIND. PLEASE WRAP TAMPONS (EVEN USED ONES) AND DISCARD IN GARBAGE. - Please turn off all exterior lights at night. -Check in time 4 pm, check out is 10 am. This can usually be flexible (an hour) provided 72 hour advance notice so I can arrange with cleaners - one hour per stay is provided, anything over an hour will be at the rate of $20/hour. If you would like private pool time, this can often be arranged if done in advance, at the rate of $25/hour. Please reach out to me with questions regarding reserving private pool time.
