The Praia da Rocha Beach Apartment new fully furnished apartment (studio) is designed in a modern and minimalist style to create a positive and relaxing atmosphere for every guest. Focusing on your comfort, the cozy apartment (31 m²) is ideal for 2 people. The apartment is located on the underground floor.
The configuration of apartments is as follows: a living room with a full-size bed, a wardrobe and bedside tables, Smart TV LED - 32'' (YouTube and Netflix it’s free for our guests), a dining table that can also be used as a workplace, a bathroom and kitchen.
The bathroom with a modern shower cabin, a toilet and a sink.
The spacious kitchen has essential appliances, including a stove, a fridge, a water kettle, a coffee machine, etc.
The kitchen is also equipped with modern crockery and kitchen utensils.
For the convenience of our guests, the apartment has a common area there is a modern washing machine with dryer, iron and ironing facilities.
Our apartment is equipped with the air conditioner, which can be used for both cooling and heating.

What is available to the guests:
Our apartments offer high-speed Internet - up to 500 Mb, WI-FI is free for our guests.
We provide each guest linens and a set of towels, including a towel for the beach.
To create complete silence in the rooms, guests can use blinds; the control keys are located next to the windows in all rooms.

Check-in:
You will receive check-in instructions 1 day before arrival.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m, check-out time until 11:00 a.m.

The apartments are located on the Praia Da Rocha promenade, in the heart of the nightlife and entertainment scene. This housing is not suitable for people who value silence.

Faro Airport is situated in 72 km from our location, which shouldn't take more than 50 minutes by car, depending on the traffic. The easiest way of getting around in Portimão is either walking or renting a car. If you want to rent a car, we can offer you our car rental partners - they can meet you at the Faro airport and provide you with the best options.

Please tell us more about your plans so that we can effectively organize a comfortable check-in and ensure you have a pleasant stay. Here is some important information that you may find useful upon arrival: - You can check-in yourself (we will send you instructions 1 day before arrival) or we can meet you in our complex. Let us know which option you would prefer. - check-in after 3.00 p.m. at check date. If you require any special arrangements due to early or late arrivals, please let us know in advance. - If you are traveling with infants, our apartments have a baby cot and high chair (they are free for our guests, but please notify us in advance). - There is Free parking on the grounds of the complex and a parking space in the underground parking area. Parking is always available for guests. Rule of residence:
For our guests we use self-check-in.
Guests will receive detailed instructions 1 day in advance for check-in via website chat and email.
Please follow these rules of our complex:
Keep quiet from 22.00 till 07.00, respect other residents’ peace.
Not for parties. Not for smoking.
Cleaning and laundry services after check-out - 59 eu (does not depend on the number of guests and the rental period).
Deposit 299 eu, which is returned to the guest after a holiday.

Payment Policy

Payment schedule: when booking, 50% prepayment is paid within 7 days, the remaining amount is due 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

100% prepayment refundable if canceled 14 days prior to arrival or earlier. 50% refundable if canceled after.
