Albufeira Ocean Apartment with relax Terrace, 2 Swimming pools & Tennis court is located in the heart of the tourist’s favorite south coast resort Portugal - Albufeira, within walking distance to the Old Town, Beaches and Marina.
Being a part of the famous exclusive Encosta Da Orada complex, our apartment is a perfect getaway for young couples and families. The entire complex is located close to the Beach Peneco, which makes it a perfect destination for short- and long-term vacation in any season.
The brand new fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment is a modern, designed in a minimalistic style to create a positive and relaxing atmosphere for each guest. Focusing on your comfort, the 65 m² large apartment is an excellent fit to accommodate 5 people.
The configuration of apartments is as follows: 1 bedroom with a full-size bed, wardrobe and bedside tables; a large living room, featuring 2 sofa - beds, Smart TV Samsung LED - 55'' (YouTube Premium, Netflix and 160 satellite channels free for our guests), a bathroom with a hydromassage bath, a fully equipped kitchen and sunny panoramic terrace.
The living room, bedroom and kitchen have access to the terrace with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, which has 2 sun loungers, dining tables and 4 comfortable chairs.
The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities that might be handy during the stay. The spacious kitchen has essential appliances, including stove, oven, microwave oven, dishwashing machine, washing machine, fridge (all - Zanussi), water kettle, coffee machine (DeLonghi Magnifica) etc.
Our apartment is equipped with 2 air conditioners (Bosch), which can be used for both cooling and heating.
Please keep quiet from 11.00 p.m. till 07.00 a.m., respect other residents’ peace.

Faro Airport is situated in 40 km from our location, which shouldn't take more than 30 minutes by car, depending on the traffic. The nearest bus stop is 400 m away. The easiest way of getting around in Albufeira is either walking or renting a car. If you want to rent a car, we can offer you our partners - car rent company and they can meet you at the Faro airport and provide you with the best auto. Transfer: If you need a transfer, you can write to us in advance, and our partners will give you the best price. The price to meet you at the Faro airport: - from 1 to 4 passengers - 45 € Mercedes C-class - from 5 to 8 passengers - 55 € Mercedes Vito. The driver will get you to the door of our apartment, where you will be meet by our manager.

Please keep quiet from 11.00 p.m. till 07.00 a.m., respect other residents’ peace.
Swimming pools opening hours are available from 08.00 a.m. till 10.00 p.m.
Not for parties.
Not for smokers.
Please follow these rules of our complex.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., time for check-out is from 07:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., upon arrival you will be meet by manager.
Late check-in after 10:00 p.m. is for extra pay (20 €).
Our apartment is suitable for 4 guests. But we can place 4+1 child (under 16). Fee for the 5th guest is 20 € per day.
Cleaning and laundry services after check-out - 59 € (does not depend on the number of guests and the rental period).
Deposit 200 €, which is returned to the guest after a holiday.

Payment Policy

Payment schedule: when booking, 50% prepayment is paid within 7 days, the remaining amount is due 14 days before arrival.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Dear guests!
We would like to remind you that according to our booking rules we’ll take 399 euro deposit (cash please) at the apartment’s checkin (this rules are mentioned at the booking site).
We return this sum of money at checkout, if there is no damage for the apartment’s property.
