The BlueSky Beach House is perfectly located on Pensacola Beach near both the Gulf and Sound beaches. Accommodating up to 8 guests (and your pets) with 3 bedrooms (queen, queen and two twins and a pull-out couch in the living room) and 2 full baths. The downstairs game room has a ping pong table, arcade game, and lounging area with bean bags and a Roku television. The private back yard has a heated pool and firepit with 4 hammock swings and 3 wooden swings. Come and enjoy Pensacola Beach at BlueSky Beach Cottage! We also own and rent the yellow house next door at 1200 Panferio Drive (Houfy 62392) if you need more space!

Family Thanksgiving

House is located very close to beach and bay, excellent neighborhood, safe walking streets, close to shopping, excellent views, comfortable inside, well stocked kitchen, lots of fresh towels, loved the ping pong downstairs. Pool was clean and beautiful. Enjoyed the backyard space and firepit. Pensacola beaches are beautiful! The backyard fencing was excellent for privacy. Rob was quick to answer all questions. Wonderful vacay stay for 5 adults!

November vacation

Great property! House was super clean and very well taken care of. Rob turned the pool heater on for us everyday and was helpful providing info about the house and area. Our dogs just loved running around in the backyard which is quite large. Quiet neighborhood with access to both the bay and the beach within a short walk. My Mom lives in Pensacola and we like to come down and see her + give her a little vacation on the beach. Worked out perfect!

October Refresher

They stay at this place was amazing. My boys spent so much time in and around the pool. We have been to Pensacola numerous times and this was the #1 house we have stayed at (as rated by my 11 and 7 y/o boys). The owner was receptive and very informative. Evenly alerting us to the city working on power in the neighborhood during our stay. I felt like I was staying at a friend’s place based upon their openness and availability. They even inquired about quality of stay and offered assistance with any needs. This will definitely be a repeat stay for our family. I would recommend it to any and everyone.

Great Getaway for a large family

We have a family of 7 and the house was big enough for us all. Our favorite space was the outdoor area. We were in the pool everyday and our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter LOVED it!! The beach was a 10 min walk along a path. This home has plenty of towel, chairs and toys for the beach and pool. Lots of places to eat close by about a 10 min car ride.

Home away from home

Home was listed exactly as stated and was so well at making us feel comfortable. The pool and game room left there no room for bickering for our kids. It is always a big plus for us when we are allowed to bring our four legged kids with us so them having a closed yard to run around in was perfect. The pool was a great bonus for the kids when they did not want to walk to the beach which took us a total of 5 min. The home gave us lots of amenties to make us comfortable (towels, cart for beach, cooking accessories, pool accessories, etc). The home is also close enough to food and shopping but far away to give you privacy to relax without feeling like you are in the middle of all the tourist attractions. Great home overall 5 stars in our books.

Jenny and Rob are the owners and hosts of this downtown condo, which they have enjoyed renovating and using when not rented. Rob grew up on Pensacola Beach, and Jenny and Rob are raising their family in nearby Gulf Breeze. Rob is a retired lawyer that now runs a team of Realtors with Jenny. You may decide you love it here so much you want to live here! We can help with that!
