This bright, airy, family and pet friendly Queens Grant villa, is perfectly located towards the entrance of Hilton Head Island's Palmetto Dunes. Nested just off of one of 3 Hilton Head's world class golf courses "Robert Trent golf course". Take a dip in one of 5 complex's pools only steps away from the large entertaining deck, equipped with a barbecue grill, loungers and plenty outdoor seating to just sit back and relax. Just a short walk to the resorts beautiful beaches!

1988 square feet of home away from home! The master bedroom on the first level has a king size bed with an on-suite master bathroom and sliding doors leading to a large entertainment deck, bedrooms 2 and 3 upstairs have two twin size beds in one and the other bedroom has one twin and one queen size bed with a Jack and Jill style bathroom. Also features a queen size sleeper sofa for two additional guests in the living room with sliding doors to access the deck and a convenient half bathroom.



Enjoy all that Hilton Head Island has to offer right around the corner from the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center and convenient store. From golfing, zip lining, horseback riding, fishing and safe biking paths to kayaking/canoeing miles of the beautiful lagoon system. Visit Shelter Cove Marina's waterfront which hosts fine dining, shopping boutiques, outdoor adult and kid’s entertainment, water sports, seasonal fireworks, and great views.



Guests have access to everything but the owner's closet

The pool and dune buggy are seasonal and typically running April - September/October.

Paid parking available right across from unit. We limit to 2 parking passes. You will pickup your parking passes on entry at the pass office for a fee of $20-50 per vehicle based on length of stay.

Palmetto Breeze is the local $1 dollar bus, Uber and Lyft are also available.

“Hilton Head Family Getaway”
Our family has now traveled to HHI 3 times and look forward to our next trip as we love the Island and all it has to offer. Staying at Blue Sky Villa was our first time in Palmetto Dunes and we absolutely loved the community, peaceful and quiet area, beach access, and fantastic bike paths. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation at Blue Sky Villa. Some pros and cons below: Pros: -Quiet and clean community, despite being connected to other units the Villa feels private -Ease of access to pool, bike path, and beach -Upstairs bedrooms and bath felt less worn than downstairs and more comfortable -Outdoor shower after the beach is great -Nice, big back deck which gives ease of access to bike rack and path to pool -Ability to walk to the golf course -Dog friendly -Gated community = great security Cons: -The overall cleaning of the Villa needs to be improved-dusty, pet dander, dirty in spots, smelled like dog urine when entering -Air conditioning was weak throughout the whole stay -Master bathroom is tight and poorly designed with half glass in shower allowing water to spill onto the floor and door, which led to a lot of wear and tear on the bathroom -Throughout the Villa it felt worn and used and the space needs paint and updates -Little things in the home just seemed to be neglected -The curtains in all of the bedrooms are cheap and thin providing no light filtering therefore we needed to purchase temporary blackout blinds to avoid sunrise wake up times for all of us Our family looks forward to returning to HHI soon!

Getting around

It is a 10 minute walk to the beach, steps away from the pool and golf course. The community has a buggy that’s on demand and provides service throughout Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove from April through mid-September. You can always bring your car and parking available for a small fee.
