No Illegal Activities: No illegal drugs or activities permitted on the property in accordance with Georgia state law. 4. Registered Guests Only: - Maximum property capacity: **12 people, including children**. - All guests must be registered on your booking. - A surcharge of $25 per unregistered guest per night will apply. Ensure all children are listed in your reservation regardless of age. 5. No Eating or Drinking in Bedrooms: Enjoy your meals in the dining area. 6. No Parties: Parties are strictly prohibited. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for violations, and access to the property will be denied until the fee is paid. 7. Supervise Children: Children must be supervised at all times and not left alone on the property. 8. No Weapons: No weapons of any kind are allowed on the premises. 9. No Third-Party Bookings: The reservation must match the booking guest. 10. Smoking Policy: - No smoking inside the house. - If smoking outside, dispose of cigarette butts and trash properly, away from home entrances. - Violation of the no-smoking policy will incur a $3,000 fine. 11. Trash Disposal: - All trash must be bagged and placed in the outdoor trash bin. - A $25 re-bagging fee will be charged for unbagged trash. 12. Damages: - Accidents happen—please report any damages to the property manager before check-out. 13. Towel Use: - Use provided makeup removal cloths or colored washcloths to avoid staining white towels. - Do not use white towels for cleaning floors or other staining activities. 14. Spa Use: - Follow the operating instructions in the check-in message. - Do not stand on the spa cover. - Children must not use the spa unsupervised. - Ensure the spa cover is closed when not in use. 15. Wildlife Safety: - Secure coolers and garbage can lids. - Do not leave food or wrappers outside to protect wildlife. 16. Fire Pit Use: - Fully extinguish the fire before heading indoors. - Never leave the fire unattended. **Before You Leave** - Dispose of all trash in the outdoor bin.
