Adorable 3 bdrm, 2.5 bth beach house w/ amazing views of the Gulf, a covered deck with wonderful views, new furniture, and enough beds for up to 15 guests. The downstairs master has a king bed, gel memory foam mattress, and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower combo. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, including a bunk room with triple full and triple twin beds (sleeps 9), another room with a queen bed, and a full bath with a shower/tub combo. All bedrooms have amazing views. 10131.

Up to two pets are allowed for a $50 pet fee. Please let us know when booking that you are bringing pets. Dogs only, please.

We also have a 6 seater golf cart for rent. It is $125 per night with a $250 fully refundable deposit. It is street legal with headlights, rear and side mirrors, license plate, and safety triangle. It also has a bluetooth radio with speakers and a gas engine. Please let us know when booking if you are interested in renting the cart. You must book the golf cart for your entire stay, if interested.

There are 4 security cameras (video/audio) on the outside of the building. They are located under the house facing the parking area and the gulf and at the top of the stairs and on the deck facing the gulf. Security cameras record 24/7; however, we do not actively monitor cameras. They are there to review safety issues or if there is a weather event that needs monitoring. There are no cameras inside.

The house was just as described. Short walk to the beach very convenient. The house, bed linen were clean and plenty of towels provided. the kitchen had plenty of utensils, pots, pans, small appliances, water despenser and dehumidifier. Beach toys and grill were a plus!!! The host was quick to respond and even send us local weather and beach conditions information. Very nice to look out for us. Will definitely stay again. Thank You Chrisitina for opening up your home to us, thank you for being a great host and thank you for allowing us to make great family memories. PS the beds were super comfortable!!!

We really enjoyed this place. It was we woke up to coffee on the porch as we watched the waves rush in. The location was perfect, It was a mere walk to the beach. There was plenty of beds for the kiddos and a great retreat bedroom just for ourselves. The kitchen was nice too. There was a pull out bed in the living room but we didn’t utilize it bc the kids bedroom had 6 bunks. If you have a big family this is perfect . It also has another bedroom for another couple. Our oldest son is married and they too were able to enjoy their stay without being bothered by the younger siblings. We really enjoyed our time there and plan to do this again soon.

Comfortable a compilations with stunning sunrise views. Christina is very responsive and made it easy to book and check in! It was a nice touch to offer filtered water and extra water in the fridge! Quiet street and easy access to the beach - was nice to have an outdoor shower to rinse off before coming inside.

House Rules
1. No eating, drinking, or jumping in ANY beds. You will be charged for stained bedding and broken beds.
2. Please, do not take our towels to the beach.
3. No smoking inside the house. You will be charged a $300 cleaning fee.
4. No glitter or confetti-This gets scattered all over the house and is extremely hard to clean up, especially when there are back-to-back bookings. An additional $100 will be added to your cleaning fee if glitter/confetti is used in the house.
5. There will be $50 non-refundable pet fee that must be paid at least 7 days before check in, if bringing pets. Please let us know before check in if you are bring a pet.
6. Do not dump coals from the BBQ in the yard. Wait for the coals to cool overnight, then place in a trash can.
7. Do not take the playpen to the beach. It should remain in the house at all times.
8. You must be at least 25 years of age to book and be present during the stay.
9. Parties and other events are not allowed at this property.
10. Do not dump hot charcoals from the grill into the grassy areas around the house. Please allow them to cool overnight and dispose of them properly.
11. Do not remove any of our chairs from the deck. Please bring beach chairs and umbrellas for your use at the beach.

Your reservation must be paid in full 30 days before your stay or your reservation will be cancelled.
Refundable Damage Deposit
Damage Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of check-out, minus any damage fees.
Cancellation Policy
For 100% refund, you must cancel before 30 days. For 50% refund, you must cancel before 14 days before your visit. No refund if within 14 days of check in.
Notes
The $50 pet fee must be paid at least 30 days before arrival. If you choose to bring pets without permission and do not pay the pet fee before arrival, $200 will be deducted from your deposit upon checkout.
