Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Check in time is 4pm and check out is 10am. There is keyless locks on the home and your door access codes will be emailed to you a few days in advance of your arrival. The code will not be active until your check in time. If the home is ready before 4pm you will be granted access early but that is not guaranteed. Unfortunately we can't allow any check outs later then 10am due to the tight window to clean and prepare the home for incoming guests.

House Rules

No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home.
Garbage and Recycling bins are to be out front of the house on night before the scheduled pickup days (wednesday& Saturday)
All Garbage must fit completely inside can and lid must be completely closed. Collection company will not pick up garbage outside of cans or take cans with a partially open lid.

Payment Policy

we accept Visa and Mastercard payments.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Security deposit refunded within 72 hours of check out with satisfactory check out inspection.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or greater then check-in receive 100% refund minus any processing fees. Cancellations that are 29 days or less to check in date recieve no refund unless property is able to be rebooked. If property is rented for less then what your rental amount was , then you will be refunded minus the difference of what new rent amount is.
