Blue Hummingbird Cabin is nestled between Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain! A wonderful getaway to make memories with family and friends. Located only 2 miles from Downtown Banner Elk, 1 mile from Banner Elk Winery, 2 miles from Kettell Beerworks Brewery, and under 15 minutes from both ski slopes. Enjoy the home’s seasonal mountain views with a spacious, fully fenced-in backyard while roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. The cabin also includes a game room with a Pac-Man arcade, multiple board games, and more!

The house is a genuine log cabin! There are three bedrooms and one full-sized bathroom upstairs; and, one bedroom and one full-sized bathroom downstairs. The game room is located downstairs with optional curtains to close off the room for privacy. During the cooler months, portable heaters are provided in each bedroom. During the warmer months, portable AC units and fans are provided for your comfort.

We all had such a wonderful time. This is collectively one of the best experiences we have had with airbnb. We had everything we needed and more! Check-in and check-out were very easy! The information book was very helpful as well! Our doggies had the best time in the yard and we loved that it was fenced in. We’ll definitely be visiting this cabin again.

This cabin has everything you could possibly need! The pac man table was a hit! We had so much fun. All of the rooms are so spacious. In a great location. We loved the fenced in back yard for the dogs. There is a neighborhood dog that lingered around, but the host does mention this. It didn’t bother us too much. The only complaint we had was there was a couple of dogs that seemed to howl and bark in the middle of the night but i know that is out of their control. Overall, we had a great trip, in this spacious clean cabin! Highly recommend.

We had a blast at the Hummingbird Cabin. Our family of 5 easily fit with rooms to spare. The cabin was very well stocked with everything you could need. Nice fenced backyard for our dogs, built snowmen and did a small amount of sledding with the kids. It is close to downtown Banner elk (10 min) which has great restaurants. The ski resort and snow tubing were also close as well We will be staying here again..

Hi! My name is Cadie. I am originally from South Florida and went to college in Fort Myers where I met my husband, Derrick. We enjoy being outdoors, kayaking, hiking, and camping whenever we can. We found an interest in real estate and have recently become hosts. My family and I would vacation to the Banner Elk area for Christmases growing up.
