Blue Bird Bungalow - Oakhurst

Welcome to the Blue Bird Bungalow! Property will accommodate a maximum of 6 guests (maximum occupancy is strictly enforced). Perfect for couples or small families! The property is very centrally located close to Highway 41, just 12.7 miles from the Yosemite National Park south entrance, and is a great place to recharge after exploring the park. Of if you are interested in a dip at the lake, The Pines at Bass Lake is only 7.5 miles away.

PETS:
We gladly accommodate up to 2 well-behaved dogs for a fee, but we ask that our guests be responsible pet owners. Please note that we do not allow cats or any other types of pets. There is a pet fee of $40 per dog per stay. Additionally, a refundable $150 deposit will be collected separately shortly after booking. This deposit will be returned within 14 days of check-out, provided there is no damage. Guests are responsible for bringing and providing all required items such as crate, bed, food and water bowls, poop bags etc. as these items are not provided. To ensure a pleasant stay for all, we kindly ask that guests adhere to our pet rules, which are outlined below. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to hosting you and your canine companions!

Property is equipped with a classic Nintendo Entertainment System gaming console. Have fun taking a stroll down memory lane!!!

WHAT'S PROVIDED:
Dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, trash bags, cleaning supplies, basic cooking supplies, spices, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper are all provided for your convenience. Items are provided as a courtesy and are not guarantied. You may need to purchase additional supplies for larger parties or extended stays.

Also, we provide all of the following freshly laundered linens for your stay: towels, sheets, pillowcases, pillows, quilts, and blankets.

A propane BBQ is provided for your outdoor cookout needs, and is ready to go with propane. Please be sure to clean after use.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to whip up a delicious meal. A Keirug is available for your caffeine needs. A full size coffee pot is also available. Please note that the property does not have a dishwasher.

Free Wifi is provided, and TVs are equipped with Sling for streaming. Property has both heating and air conditioning.

PET RULES:
• Up to 2 dogs allowed. No cats or any other pets.
• No breed or weight restrictions.
• Each dogs is charged a $40 per stay fee
• Guest must pick up and dispose of all pet waste. A $50 fee will be charged if pet waste is not picked up.
• Dogs must be current on vaccinations and flea treatment.
• Dogs may not be left in home unsupervised, and must be confined to crates.
• Guests are responsible for bringing all of their own pet supplies (i.e. crates, food and water bowels, poop bags, beds, etc.)
• Dogs are not allowed on the sofa or beds and an additional cleaning fee may apply if there is excessive dog hair, and cleaning required.
• Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while outdoors
• Pet deposit will be returned within 14 days of checkout as long as all pet rules are followed and damages are not found.
• Pet deposit is forfeited if any pet rules are not followed
