Blu Crab Sands is dreamy townhome located in the family-friendly beach community of Gulf Highlands. No high-rises, elevators, or garage parking here!
Amenities include gated security, 11 swimming pools, 5 of which are heated seasonally, shuffleboard, playground, golf cart for easy beach access, beachfront clubhouse with bar and grill, along with gulf side pool. Behind this tastefully decorated unit is one of the seasonally heated pools, with another seasonally heated pool just steps away. Sleeps 6 comfortably (1 queen bed per bedroom and an updated sleeper sofa). All of the comforts of home you will find here: washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, new fridge with ice maker, 2 coffee makers and whole-bean grinder (k-cups & ground), blender, crockpot, grill, all dishes and pans, beach chairs, floats/toys, games for rainy days, and even golf balls and putters for the putt-putt courses. My personal favorite part of this unit is the upstairs balcony, located off of the main bedroom. A warm cup of coffee and a good book makes for a peaceful morning here.
Local restaurants within walking distance: Bayou on the Beach, Saltwater Grill, Wicked Wheel, Gulf Coast Burger Company, Firefly, Dee's Hangout, and more!

*Parking for one car only due to golf cart parking. Additional public parking is available 1 mile away at 600 Henley Drive for $6 daily. This parking lot is a Panama City Beach public parking lot and not part of Gulf Highlands.

“Wonderful Family Vacation! ”

Our stay at Blu Crab Sands was wonderful! As you walk into Blu Crab you will find a very nicely decorated family room with a pull out sofa. Which had zero complaints from our 10 year old. The spacious kitchen is so well stocked with pretty much all you need. From the blender to an extra ice maker. The bedrooms are nicely decorated with comfortable beds. Coffee on the upstairs balcony was a perfect way to start my day! The girls loved having the pool just a few steps from the back patio. The golf cart was very helpful and a lifesaver for our trips back and forth to the beach. I don’t have one complaint! We will definitely be back!

“Look no further! ”

Miranda’s place was perfect for our group. The golf cart and beachside parking was extremely convenient and close to tons of nearby beach hot spots for food and fun! The pool is right out the back door. Everything you could want is here! We will absolutely be back again.

“Would definitely stay again!”

Your place is perfect. Never stayed in a condo that was completely stocked with everything. Could not find one thing that wasn’t provided and well provided with good quality items. It was perfect for us!!! Beautiful and the golf cart was wonderful. The caution sign did fall off once. We stuck it back on. Just came unhooked. Lol! Good location and beautifully decorated. I loved it!!!

Policies and Rules

Check In: 3PM - Flexible

You will get gate code/door code 24-48 hrs prior to check in. You are responsible for printing your parking pass that must be displayed at all times. Community rules can be found on the parking pass. Please text G&L Cleaning at 706-358-1184 when you depart and let them know the unit number.

House Rules

No unauthorized guests. Please register all guests with host, including ages. Absolutely NO smoking or vaping inside. NO PARTIES.

Payment Policy

$250 deposit due within 7 days of booking to hold the reservation. This deposit becomes your security deposit upon check in, and is fully refundable as long as there is no damage or violation of the rental agreement.

Rental amount including cleaning fee and taxes is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Deposit is required within 7 days of booking to hold the reservation. This deposit becomes your security deposit upon check in. It is fully refundable as long as there is no damage or violation of the rental agreement.

Cancellation Policy

One Hundred percent of the base rental amount will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. If the cancellation is made within 14 days of the arrival date, Fifty percent of the base rental amount will be refunded. If cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to arrival, the base rental amount that has been paid to Blu Crab Sands, LLC will not be refunded. Cancellation or early departure DOES NOT warrant any refund of rent or deposit. We are not responsible for inclement weather, failed travel plans, malfunctioning equipment, or disruption of utility to utilize the property for any reason during the terms of the Rental Agreement.

If the booking is made more than 30 days in advance of the arrival date, a payment of 50% is taken by Owner at the time of the booking. Any remaining balance must be paid 14 days prior to the arrival date, or this Agreement may be cancelled by the sole option of the Owner.

Notes

Absolutely no rentals to persons under 25 years of age. Person booking must be present for the entire stay.
