Why is our policy strict?

When you book a stay, we block the calendar exclusively for you, preventing others from booking those dates.
Unlike hotels, vacation rentals operate on a limited inventory, and cancellations often result in lost income that cannot be recovered.
Last-minute cancellations make it difficult for us to find replacement guests, impacting our ability to provide a consistent and high-quality experience.
We strongly recommend that guests purchase third-party travel insurance if they are concerned about potential changes to their plans. Travel insurance can help cover unexpected events such as illness, family emergencies, weather disruptions, or travel delays.

Our home is for registered guests only.
Large gatherings, loud music, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized parties may result in immediate removal without a refund.
🚭 No Smoking or Vaping Inside

Smoking, vaping, or using any tobacco products inside the home is not allowed.
Guests may smoke outside but must properly dispose of cigarette butts.
A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for any indoor smoking violations.
