• No parties or events are allowed. The owner may approve small gatherings before booking. Unapproved events will carry an additional fee of $500. • No smoking is allowed on the property. If there is any evidence of smoking found indoors (smoke smells, ashes, butts, burn marks, etc.), there will be a fine of $500. • No pets are allowed. If there is any evidence of pets (ex., Pet hair, urine/feces, scratch/bite marks, etc.), there will be a fine of $500. • No unregistered guests are allowed. The booking party must accurately represent the total number of guests occupying the home. You can invite other guests over with prior permission from the owner. If additional guests occupy or have occupied the property, the booking party may forfeit the remainder of their stay, and there will be a fine of $500. • Please respect the noise curfew. Our property is within a residential neighborhood, and our wonderful neighbors reserve the right to peaceful nights. Keep all noise down between the hours of 11 p.m. and 8 a.m.
