Private 1 bedroom, 1 bath, apartment approx. 800 sq ft, in a single family home, wooded property, within city limits & close to downtown.

Private entrance, private hot tub, decks. King bed w/plush bedding, day bed with 2 twins. Sofa, 2 swivel chairs & storage ottoman. Kitchenette w/frig, micro, electric skillet, lg toaster oven, all spices, coffee/teas, paper goods supplied. Plush bathroom with jetted tub, glassed in shower, separate vanity & toilet area. Very cozy & comfortable!
Yard & gardens are expansive. New gas fire pit w/2 chairs. Apartment has been sound proofed for additional quietness. No other apartments in this up scale neighborhood.

A car is a must for Napa. Property is approx. 1 mile from the town center. Wineries begin within 5 minutes of house, but these are not walkable as the distance is too great.

House Rules

1 couple only, or 3-4 girl getaway is perfect too. I do not take 2 couples for instance. Just not enough privacy for 2 couples. City rules apply for hot tub use as well as hours of use, and rules are posted on wall of house by hot tub. I request guests respect the accommodations, and neighborhood, thus no loud noise or partying.

Plenty of off-street parking for your cars, and we can accommodate 3-4 easily. Thanks!
Pets allowed pet fee $100.00 for 1 pet; $150.00 for 2 pets. Maximum 2 pets.Not suitable for children and infants. No parties or events. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM

We enjoy pets and will accept up to 2 dogs.....NO CATS please, as other potential guests are allergic to cats.
