“Second Time Staying at the BRB!”
This was our family’s second time staying at the Big Red Barn, we love it so much!! When coming from Cincinnati and towing a boat with small children, you want to get to your destination asap and the location of the barn is perfect for us. It’s one of the closer lake locations off 75. Less than 10 minutes to Conley Bottom or Falls Creek Ramp. The amenities are above and beyond what you’d expect, the decor is lovely, beds are comfortable and my favorite part is how clean it is. John and Emily are very helpful and super responsive. I highly recommend!

House Rules
In addition to any other listed rules, we ask guests to abide by the following house and yard rules:

1. House Wifi passwords will be provided upon entry.
2. No fireworks of any kind permitted on premises.
3. No access to Garage area is granted.
4. Quiet Hours are from 11:30pm - 8:30am.
6. Please be courteous to neighbors.
7. Please clean grill after use with available scrapers/cleaning supplies.
8. Beware of surroundings, living space is located in secluded woods area with wildlife.
9. Please keep main driveway clear of vehicles or trailers as neighbors use drive to access their property. Please keep drive in front of front garage door accessible to main driveway.

Payment Policy
50% due at time of booking. Balance due 30 days before first day of rental.
Refundable Damage Deposit
The security deposit shall be forfeited to Owner in the event that Guest shall default under any terms and provisions of this Agreement, including but not limited to, the following:

(i) Guest damages the Property or its contents;
(ii) Excessive or extraordinary cleaning of the Property is required after Guest’s departure;
(iii) Guest incurs excessive or extraordinary utility charges;
(iv) Any contents of the Property, such as furniture, appliances, towels, linens, are lost, stolen, damaged, or missing; or
(v) Keys or other access devices are not returned to Owner or the Property is left unlocked.

Provided that Guest shall have complied with all obligations pursuant to this Agreement, Owner shall refund the security deposit to Guest within seven (7) days following the Check-Out Date. No interest will accrue or be paid on the security deposit.

Full refund if cancelled 30 days before first day of rental period. 50% refund if cancelled 14 days before the first day of rental period. No refunds if cancelled less than 14 days before rental starts.
