A unique, serene but charming 3BR apartment in the premiere residential area of Accra with full amenities and secure access that caters for the whole family. Large well lit bedrooms, fully kitted kitchen, ensuite bathrooms and walkout back porch at garden level.
Each room is over 25 sqm and has its own toilet and bath. The bedrooms are fitted with king size beds and a large wardrobe. Each room has a television connected to DSTV digital channels, can watch all popular TV stations in the world. It has a large Kitchen and a dining room, A living room with size of over 48 sqm has comfortable chairs and a television as well. A washroom and a balcony. All cooking utensils and all kinds of glasses are available in the kitchen. toaster, kettle, microwave, blender, coffee maker etc. are all available. The apartment is on the first floor overlooking the swimming pool and the garden. There is big area for parking, there is extra parking in front of parking. There is Wi-Fi as well.
