Spiss: Modern, cosy, rustic house "bergGlück", 3 storeys, from the 19th century, renovated in 2022, surrounded by trees. 500 m from the centre of Spiss, on the outskirts, 8 km from the centre of Samnaun, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 20 m from the edge of the forest, 7 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service on request (extra). Motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 3 cars). Shop 5 km, grocery 5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 10 m, railway station "Landeck-Zams" 42 km, indoor swimming pool 7 km.
