Belle Harbor provides all that (and more!) in a luxurious Mediterranean-style condo community in Clearwater Beach. We’ve named our condo “Bellissima” which means “very beautiful” in Italian, and we know you’ll agree that the upscale condo, building, grounds, and the entire experience match that description.
Belle Harbor is just steps from the beautiful white sand beaches of Clearwater Beach and is in the heart of the beach community. The 1,547 sq. ft. condo is on the 5th floor and includes a master bedroom, a guest bedroom, and another room that can serve as a 3rd bedroom or as an office for a remote worker. There are also two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, and a balcony. The condo is south facing, which means you will enjoy the sunshine and beautiful views overlooking the clubhouse, pool, private marina, and intercoastal waters. The balcony is accessible from both the living room and master suite and provides stunning sunrise views.
The master suite features a large walk-in closet, a king bed, a TV, and a garden tub and walk-in shower. The guest suite has two extra-long twin beds (which we will combine into a king-size bed if you prefer), a shower/tub combination, and a TV. The 3rd bedroom/den includes a very comfortable queen-size pull out couch, a desk, and French doors for privacy. It can serve as a perfect office space for a remote worker. The fully-functioning kitchen features wood cabinets with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils you’ll need to make and serve your own meals or heat up leftovers from any of the 25+ restaurants within walking distance of your condo. The living room features comfortable seating and a TV, cable, DVR player, and Roku. We provide a hotel-style safe and high-speed Internet is available throughout the condo. The laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer. We also supply beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach towels that you are welcome to take to the beach or pool.
The Belle Harbor complex includes many amenities that are available to our guests. These include a large heated pool, jacuzzi, clubhouse with a caterer’s kitchen, outdoor dining/grilling space with two fireplaces and TVs, billiard room, game room, and a fitness center with sauna, steam room, and men’s and women’s locker rooms. There is also 24-hour gated security and an assigned under-building parking spot (plus guest spots).
The condo association requires that potential guests complete an application with a $150 processing fee. (This fee is included in your quote.) Bookings must be made at least 10 days in advance to accommodate the approval process. You must be at least 25 years of age and the person booking must be one of the occupants.
Minimum of 30-day rental. Fully furnished; owner pays utilities; no smoking; $150 application fee; must be approved by association; Florida/Pinellas County law requires 13% sales/use tax for any rental of six months or less.; Maximum of two dogs with a combined weight of less than 80 pounds. Additional one-time $300 non-refundable pet fee for any pets.

Gary and I are originally from Wisconsin but now live on "North Beach, " which is the northern end of the Clearwater Beach island. We've been visiting here for years and feel blessed to "live where you vacation." We have family (including two little grandsons) in Wisconsin so still make it back there quite often.
Before buying a home on North Beach, Gary and I spent three years staying a few months at various condos on Clearwater Beach. Our favorite by far was Belle Harbor. We always said that if we were going to live in a condo, Belle Harbor would be it! The perfect location and all the amenities make it a great spot to vacation, work remotely, or live!

Getting around
We are in the heart of Clearwater Beach so you can walk anywhere on the island. The Jolly Trolley will also take you anywhere on the island and to neighboring towns. Uber, Lyft, and Clearwater Free Rides are readily available as well. An undercover parking spot is included in the rental price.
