Welcome to your ultimate family vacation spot, a spacious lake house retreat with 2 bedrooms on the main floor with stunning lake views, a loft and ample sleeping arrangements. Perfect for large families and your pet, our home offers:
First Floor: 2 bedrooms each with queen size beds and a pack n' play for toddlers with a full bath. Both bedrooms have stunning lake views!
Large open kitchen and large cozy living room with gas fired wood stove; plenty of space to entertain the whole family!
Second Floor loft: 2 double beds, 1 twin bed and a half bath.
Basement: although unfinished, it’s nice a clean with plenty of games like ping pong, foosball table, life size games and an indoor sauna! Soon coming a large pool table:)
Outdoor Paradise:
Private large sandy beach on Belleau Lake with over 200 feet of waterfront: Steps away with lounge chairs, a fire pit, a dock, and kayaks and stand up board. On the other side of the house, there is over 300 feet of waterfrontage on Woodman Lake; a fishermans, kayakers or wildlife enthusiests paradise! Belleau lake is known for it's small and large mouth bass! Corridor 19 runs right past our property so if you plan on bringing your Snowmobile or hiking with the family and dog, it’s the perfect spot with plenty of parking; taking off right from the property! Be on the lookout for "Big Foot"!
We keep kayaks on the beach for guest use as well as a row boat, sun loungers and chairs on the beachl. Life jackets, paddles and basketballs for the basketball hoop in front of the house are kept in the smaller shed to the right of the house.
Winter Activities:
Cozy up by the gas woodstove or in the basement sauna after skiing, ice skating, ice fishing, sledding, or snowmobiling.
Play ping pong, foosball, or board games.
Corridor 19 runs right past our property with hundreds of miles of trails for hiking, snowmobiling!
Entertainment:
Wireless internet access.
3 Smart TVs with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and Discovery+.
Oversized Connect 4, ping pong table, and ladder ball and soon to arrive a pool table.
Family-Friendly and Pet Friendly:
Baby gate for safety (located in bedroom closet).

We as a family have been hosting in the area since 2019 and have had the most wonderful guests at our other properties. We are so happy to share another amazing home and help in creating memories that will last a life time as our family has on Belleau Lake.

Parking- 6 spots available.
Dogs are allowed with prior approval and must be included in your reservation. Must be housebroken, leashed at all times outside and picked up after (please do not put poop bags in the trash by themselves or left on the property; must be thrown in a regular trash bag before disposal). Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
Snow- we have a plow guy come during storms. In the winter months please park vehicles tight together to give them room. There is plenty of pet friendly rock salt and shovels on the porch if you need other areas cleared. *NOTE the weather can be unpredictable and our plowing contractor does his best to arrive in a timely manner to clear the driveway and paths, but in the event you arrive on a snowy day, please be careful.
Trash/Recycling: We offer trash pick up early Thursday mornings. Please ensure everything is bagged (no loose items). Recycling is not offered for pick up in NH, so please carry out all recycling. Wakefield Town Transfer station is 15 minutes down the road heading south (usually on your way home). You can bring your recycling there and show your Airbnb reservation if asked. Please check in advance online for hours.
