This beautifully renovated three bedroom, one and a half bath townhouse style duplex is in the heart of beautiful and quaint Holden, Massachusetts.

It is located two minutes from Wachusett high school, and three minutes from downtown Holden.



There is an open floor plan that joins the dining room, living room, and kitchen on the first floor. Also located on the first floor is a half bath, in a bedroom with a queen bed on the second floor you will find a spacious bedroom with a King bed, in a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bath.

All beds are comfortable, memory, foam, and luscious pillows.



Guess we’ll have exclusive access to the three vehicle driveway for 1586, the outside porch located on their side, in the back patio also located on the right side for 1586.



We pride ourselves in responsive communication. We also reside five minutes down the street for any situations that need our attention.



Although our duplex is located on Main Street, close to restaurants, and other amenities, and can be quite noisy on the outside, our units provide good quality soundproofing to ensure guest comfort.



We can accommodate up to three vehicles on the exclusive driveway. There is no additional parking allowed on Main Street beyond that.

Denys & Allison’s place was exactly what we needed, we booked quickly and feel lucky to have gotten such a great spot last minute. The home is the perfect balance of having everything you need, and having space for your own items, nothing unnecessary, but also not lacking anything. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is extremely well stocked (we especially loved the ice maker and water dispenser on the refrigerator) and the information provided about the area and check-in/out was clear and reasonable. The street is fairly busy, but we felt safe and had no issues with noise. The heat rises, and due to a bit of a draft at the front door it makes the upstairs quite a bit warmer than the downstairs, but we were able to adjust and maintain comfort during our stay. Denys was quick to respond when my husband reached out, and provided exactly the information we needed. Thanks for providing a comfortable spot for my family while we visited nearby friends.

The place is easy to find. Check in was simple. The house is definitely on a busy road as mentioned in review comments. But for the most part, the place was quiet! Overall our stay was ok and served it's purpose. When walking in, the first floor walls were noticeably marked/scuffed/dirty, & the furniture seemed dated with throw covers. While the bathrooms and bedrooms were spotless, the kitchen honestly was not the cleanest. The fridge & inside of the microwave were spotless, but were the only appliances we used. The first floor is very drafty and stays cool while all the heat rises to the second floor. There's definitely a substantial temp difference between floors. We had a decent stay considering we booked a last minute ski trip weekend and this airBnB was available and gave us a decent place to stay near Wachusett & friends in the area. Denys & Allison were good hosts.

Denys and Allison continue to be wonderful hosts. They have made additions to the house that have really helped to make it an even better place to stay. This stay we requested a little bit of a later checkout to help my father’s needs. Denys responded right away that the time we requested worked for them. It is so helpful to have a responsive host, and one who understands that guests have varying needs. Being able to stay at Denys and Allison’s house has enabled my parents to experience more of their grandchildren’s milestones.
