This is a beautiful well-appointed spacious 1 bedroom condo featuring an oversize cheater on-suite bathroom (access from the master bedroom and from the living area) with a fully stocked kitchen.

This unique condominium is located on a small hill where you will be able to enjoy an astonishing view of Casco Viejo, the city with its skyscrapers and the Cerro Ancon!

It is a 5 Min's walk to one of Amador’s many marinas with the Yacht club for a relaxed lunch or evening drinks & the TGI Fridays at the Country Inn and Suites.

High end and very safe neighborhood...conveniently located at 5 Min's taxi ride from Casco Viejo (colonial neighborhood - UNESCO World Heritage Site) and 10 - 15 Min's from down-town...you'll also be at 5 Min's walk from the ferry departing for the islands.

Ironman Race Weekend
I was in Panama City for Ironman Panama. I wanted a place that would be convenient to the race, so that was the main reason I chose Patty’s apartment. The location was perfect and made it really easy for me. The unit was absolutely lovely, and exactly as it was advertised on VRBO. I also could not be happier with the communication with Patty and Rudy. They were so helpful, including picking me up at the airport. Patty is also very responsive. I can’t say enough good things about my stay in my experience. I will definitely be back

We loved the apartment: beautiful view, clean, and had access to the terrace which we utilized almost nightly. Amador was very safe and we were out trying different restaurants every night but if we anted to cook the kitchen was well equipped. In fact we made coffee every morning. We highly recommend Patty and Rudy’s place. Super clean and definitely worth it! Thank you!

Laid back gem in Panama City
Comfortable little apartment in safe, quiet area. Great view of city can. You can walk along the sea and see decayed barracks formerly occupied by US troops years ago. Restaurants and two excellent museums within walking distance. Not the place if you're looking for action and night life but perfect for a relaxing stay.

Best Location in Panama and Best Hosts!
We stayed for 10 days. The apartment was extremely clean and well stocked with spices and cooking supplies (we cooked all our meals and we had all the utensils and cookware we needed) as well as ample paper and food storage products. The snacks, juice, coffee/ tea and milk were a nice touch. Shampoo and body wash as well as laundry detergent were provided. The building’s location in Amador is amazing as it provides for outstanding views in all of the desirable directions. The rooftop was our favorite spot and we spent many hours watching the ships, soccer games, birdwatching (saw many parrots) and other various local activities. We thoroughly enjoyed walking and running on the causeway and appreciated the bikes. We always felt safe and welcomed. The iguanas sat in the trees outside our windows everyday. Patty and Rudy were always a text away and answered all of our questions immediately. Thank you to Rudy for the Gatun Lake and Monkey Island tour and transport to/from the airport! They were the best VRBO hosts we’ve had yet! If we ever visit Panama again, we will definitely book this location or one of Patty's other casitas.

Wonderful place to stay!
We really liked the condo. It was just a one bedroom and a really large bathroom. The kitchen was cozy, didn't need anything. We enjoyed the iguana on a coconut tree right outside our window.

Patty‘s place was truly the best place I’ve ever stayed with airbnb. The hosts were absolutely delightful and extremely caring. They met you at the apartment explained how everything functioned ,gave recommendations about where to eat. Every detail was covered in depth and efficiently. I felt like royalty staying in that apartment. That is how perfect it was. Designer upscale apartment with exceptional artwork. Lots of light Through the large windows. Rudy even gave the bicycle a special tuneup. Fantastic riding along the canal down to the three islands! Very friendly security personnel. Excellent elevator. Loved watching the ship traffic on the canal from the upper patio.! The apartment is on the 4 floor so the view from the huge windows were of the tree tops! SPECTACULAR. The kitchen had every amenity possible including full size refrigerator and lots of appliances. Full selection of spices. Uber to Albrook grocery stores $3-$4. Pick up at the front gate. A Great stay guaranteed!!

Patty and Rudy excel at taking care of their residents. Rudy gives tours locally as well as beach and water excursions. He is very knowledgeable and a fun tour guide. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and very quiet. We liked the canal view. It was fun to go upstairs and watch the big ships exit the Canal Zone in the late evening. The apartment is a little far from the city center, but Uber was really cheap (usually less than $10 after a tip). We had a great trip.

Amador is actually a perfect location as you are only 10 minutes from down-town. The city center is not a touristy area "per se" since it is where the banking district is located. Amador, with the new bridge connects to Casco Viejo easily and from other parts of the city it can be much further away…as the city is actually quite large! The stay was peaceful and comfortable. I found myself going to the rooftops terraces with my coffee in the morning. The bikes provided came in handy. We hit the trails and rode to Casco Viejo one day and did a different loop along the water that was amazing. Everything that was done for us in the condo was well thought out. Even snacks were left in a bowl and water and juice in the fridge. We are going back.

At check-out day after walking though the condo.
Cancellation Policy
Due to our intimate size any cancellation affects us significantly...therefore we advise you to buy a TRAVEL INSURANCE to cover your costs (COVID is also included in some policies).

For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00.

For cancellations between 90 days and 60 days prior to arrival date 15% of the total amount (minimum rate of 1 night) of the rent will be retained and from 60 days to 45 days prior to arrival date 30% (i.e. the full deposit) of the total amount will be retained.

There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival unless we can re-book the exact same dates - we will credit you (for a future stay - same amounts of nights) proportionally to the days we manage to re-book (-US$50 cancellation fee)

We don't want to make money of cancellations but also don't want to be loosing out since this is our income...you can be assured that we will do our best to re-book...so the sooner you tell us about the cancellation the more probability we have to re-book all of your stay!

There will be no refund for cancellation of days which are a portion of your stay...or due to flight delays, cancellations or weather conditions...thank you for your understanding.

Bank expenses will be retained.

The rooftop was our favorite spot and we spent many hours watching the ships, soccer games, birdwatching (saw many parrots) and other various local activities. We thoroughly enjoyed walking and running on the causeway and appreciated the bikes. We always felt safe and welcomed. The iguanas sat in the trees outside our windows everyday. Patty and Rudy were always a text away and answered all of our questions immediately. Thank you to Rudy for the Gatun Lake and Monkey Island tour and transport to/from the airport! They were the best VRBO hosts we’ve had yet! If we ever visit Panama again, we will definitely book this location or one of Patty's other casitas.

Wonderful stay

Patty’s condo is lovely! Spotlessly clean, great A/C, super Amador location, excellent appointments and design, and terrific communication. Loved the bicycles, too, and the snacks! And had a great time touring the Canal with Rudy, Thank you.

Wonderful place to stay!

We really liked the condo. It was just a one bedroom and a really large bathroom. The kitchen was cozy, didn't need anything. We enjoyed the iguana on a coconut tree right outside our window.

Patty‘s place was truly the best place I’ve ever stayed with airbnb. The hosts were absolutely delightful and extremely caring. They met you at the apartment explained how everything functioned ,gave recommendations about where to eat. Every detail was covered in depth and efficiently. I felt like royalty staying in that apartment. That is how perfect it was. Designer upscale apartment with exceptional artwork. Lots of light Through the large windows. Rudy even gave the bicycle a special tuneup. Fantastic riding along the canal down to the three islands! Very friendly security personnel. Excellent elevator. Loved watching the ship traffic on the canal from the upper patio.! The apartment is on the 4 floor so the view from the huge windows were of the tree tops! SPECTACULAR. The kitchen had every amenity possible including full size refrigerator and lots of appliances. Full selection of spices. Uber to Albrook grocery stores $3-$4. Pick up at the front gate. A Great stay guaranteed!!

Patty and Rudy excel at taking care of their residents. Rudy gives tours locally as well as beach and water excursions. He is very knowledgeable and a fun tour guide. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and very quiet. We liked the canal view. It was fun to go upstairs and watch the big ships exit the Canal Zone in the late evening. The apartment is a little far from the city center, but Uber was really cheap (usually less than $10 after a tip). We had a great trip.

Amador is actually a perfect location as you are only 10 minutes from down-town. The city center is not a touristy area "per se" since it is where the banking district is located. Amador, with the new bridge connects to Casco Viejo easily and from other parts of the city it can be much further away…as the city is actually quite large! The stay was peaceful and comfortable. I found myself going to the rooftops terraces with my coffee in the morning. The bikes provided came in handy. We hit the trails and rode to Casco Viejo one day and did a different loop along the water that was amazing. Everything that was done for us in the condo was well thought out. Even snacks were left in a bowl and water and juice in the fridge. We are going back.
