The Beautiful Room is located on the first floor has a lot to offer for the dollar value. It is a master bedroom with comfort and space. Includes a queen sized bed, freshly painted, nice hardwood floors, décor with Monet Pictures, and a nice back yard view.
Bathroom is shared when we have guests.
Half price for each additional guest.
Not suitable for children under the age of 12.
1 free parking space included.
Additional fee for laundry ($10 per load - includes washer, dryer, laundry detergent, etc.).
Smoking is allowed outside only.
Full kitchen included except stove and oven.

Eva is an extremely attentive and thoughtful host. She checked in often to make sure I had everything I needed. Her two sons were also available to help out and made me feel very welcomed.

I stayed at Eva's place for more or less six months and I had a great time. The place is in a nice area, better if you a car but I didn't and nevertheless managed to move around easily. 20 minutes walking from WP station and WP center. Place is easily reachable also for the riders if you use to order your food. Eva is a good person, easy to reach and quite flexible, so you can talk with her if you need something in particular and she'll do her best to accommodate you.

Eva was very communicative and helpful across my stay. Her house is in a nice and very safe area of town, near the train station - about 16 minute walk. There were deer outside the house many nights and fire flies; it was a beautiful setting. The bedroom was clean and I loved the decorations.

Everything about Eva's place said home. The atmosphere that is set there is one that excels a five star hotel. Eva and her son's are extremely polite and helpful every time that you see them. My stay at Eva's definitely makes me want to stay there again and use other Air BnBs when I am elsewhere. Phenomenal is a word that does any justice to how amazing of a stay that I had. I would recommend everyone to Eva's place if they happen to be in the White Plains area for a stay. Thank you Eva for your hospitality and for treating me like family.

This is a great place to stay and very affordable. The room is private and the remainder of the house is a shared space. The shared spaces were never an issue using anything as there are two bathrooms and there is plenty of space in the kitchen. Eva and her son were very great hosts too. Eva is always around and very easy to communicate with and is willing to work with any accommodations you may need. The house is also about 1/2 a mile of the north white plains train station. Sometimes living in New York or around it has its pains (especially for someone like me from a smaller area) but this place made it easy. If I’m in the area I’ll stop again.

My name is Eva.

I am originally from Perú and have been hosting guests since 2011.

I work with my sons (Co-Hosts), Christopher and Matthew, to provide the finest hospitality for all guests.

We currently have three locations available with only a 1/2 an hour train ride to NYC.

OTHER HOUSE RULES:

➢ Please remove your shoes upon entry and while you are in the house

➢ Please do not walk in a towel or undergarment around the house

➢ All grooming, make-up, manicures, etc. need to be done in your room or the bathroom only

➢ Please remove personal body hair from the bathtub or shower after each use

➢ The bathtub, shower, sink, etc. need to be kept clean after each use

➢ Only toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet. Anything else will clog and damage the plumbing

➢ Lights, heat, and air conditioners need to be turned off when not in use

➢ Windows need to be kept closed when air conditioners or heat are in use

➢ Food and drinks are not allowed in the bedrooms. Please, eat and drink in the kitchen or dining area only

➢ Full kitchen is included, except stove and oven

➢ Light cooking only is permitted (Please no heavy cooking)

➢ Please do not leave dishes in the sink. Wash, dry, and put them away immediately

➢ Do not bring strangers into the house. If you want to invite a friend, please check with us first
