Beautiful Log Cabin on Belleau Lake- All 4 Seasons - Wakefield

- Dogs are allowed with prior approval. Must be housebroken, leashed at all times outside and picked up after. Disposable dog bags are available at the cabin, but please do not throw away loosely in the outdoor barrels (garbage men will not take trash unless it's in a large bag). Pets are not allowed on the furniture. There is a $35 One Time Fee per dog.

- We provide TRASH pick up only since NH doesn’t have Recycling pick up:( Carry-Out Recycling Please. Wakefield Town Transfer Station is 10 minutes down the road at 330 Rines Road. They will take all recycling if you show your Reservation receipt.

IMPORTANT: TRASH SHOULD BE PUT IN TRASH BAGS WHEN PUTTING THEM IN THE TRASH BARRELS OUTSIDE BY THE ROAD. NO LOOSE ITEMS INCLUDING DOGGY POOP BAGS/RECYCLING. THE TRASH MEN WILL NOT TAKE IT! A $50 FEE WILL BE TAKEN TO PAY FOR ADDITIONAL TRASH SERVICES IF THIS RULE ISN'T FOLLOWED.

- In the winter/colder months, please do not turn the heat off. It should always be set to at least 60 degrees (heater by the wood stove, down in the basement family room by the slider and the wall unit by the bathroom in the basement). When you leave the home, please open both bathroom doors.

- In the winter months, please park vehicles tight together to allow room for our plow contractor to treat the driveway. We have heated steps to the left of the house and provide pet friendly rock salt and shovels if you need any other areas clear. We try to keep the walkway paths clear, but please be aware that if you arrive on a snowy day, our contractor may not have gotten there to shovel yet. Also, It can still be slippery up there, even with the driveway treated, as the weather can change very quickly in the lakes region. Be very careful and use as much rock salt as you need.

- In the summer months while using the kayaks and paddle boat, please make sure everything is put back where you found it. All equipment (paddles and life jackets) should be put back under the screened in porch in the storage area.

- Treat our home like it was yours. We want you to have an awesome time but please be aware and considerate of the other families living in our neighborhood. Please wrap up outdoor partying by 10:00 (just bring it indoors).

- Please ensure when booking that the accurate amount of people/pets coming to stay matches your booking.

- Although we provide built in baby gates for the stairs, the stairs are steep and children should be accompanied by an adult.

- If you use the laundry, please do not over-stuff with clothes/towels. Also, make sure if towels are sandy they are shaken out well outside before washing.

- Absolutely no fireworks

- No illegal drugs.

- Guests use kayaks and paddle boat at their own risk. There are life jackets provided under the screened in porch storage area along with the paddles.

- There is one surveillance camera located in the front of the home facing the driveway for safety and to monitor the weather.
