Beautiful renovation! Driftwood tile floors a king comfy bed, stainless appliances, ship lap walls, sliding barn doors and an incredible view of the ocean. Villa comes with chairs and bikes. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and entertainment. My wife, Kendall, and I have owned and rented condos on Hilton Head since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and manage a few others. We live on the island and are always available if needed (or for a good restaurant recommendation). Seaside is an oceanfront complex in walking distance from the Tiki Hut and Coligny Plaza, centrally located, but not over crowded. Direct beach access on the property. Biking is the most common form of transportation. Between biking and walking, you really don't need to drive anywhere unless you want to explore other parts of the island. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

First let me start by saying that Jeremy was very proactive and clear with his communication. An added bonus was that he even offered VERY early check-in. We had no issues finding the place, using provided codes, and parking. I also appreciate that there was not a novel of instructions inside of the unit itself. Checkout was quick and simple. Host was very responsive, although we did not need much. When it came to the stay itself, the unit was immaculate, safe inside a gated system, and stocked with everything you would need for a beach getaway. There was also so much within walking distance: Shopping, Restaurants, Beach, and Parks. Everyone in the area was very nice and active. The only thing I would mention is that when staying in the unit, Footsteps from the hallway and above are very prominent, but nothing outside of the usual for Beach condos. You could not go wrong with staying at this unit. You will be in close proximity to so much and have a host who will have your back.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible
We have a security gate to get in the parking lot and an electronic lock on the door. The code to each will be messaged to you the morning of your arrival. There is no assigned parking, but do not block anyone in. You are in the building on the right, use either of the 2 gates on the right to enter. Your parking pass will be in the unit. If security is present, tell them that you are just arriving and need to go up to get your pass. The pass must be on your vehicle’s dashboard during your stay.

Check in time is after 4pm, we will message you if the condo is ready early, please do not arrive without hearing from us. If you get there before you hear from us, you may park and head to the beach and pool.

To enter the condo type the code and manually turn the deadbolt, do the same to lock it.
