Newly renovated and modern apartment in Manhattan, New York City, surrounded by the High Bridge Park and only 5 minutes walking away from the subway (A,C,1 Trains). Feel at home in a safe NY neighborhood and access to a modern kitchen.
My apartment is in the beautiful Manhattan district of Washington heights. The space is in a safe and cozy neighborhood (there is a police station across the street and lots of families live around here). My apartment is also newly renovated.

I, Chester work in Marketing and Diana is a Web Designer. We are both roommates and are very friendly. I speak some Spanish and we have both traveled to many places all over the world. We are both very accommodating to different cultures and all types of people.

We care about a clean place a lot and make sure our guests enjoy a very clean and safe space. We hope our guests maintain their space clean. ****DO SLAM DOORS*****. ****DO NOT use towels to remove Make-up. There are disposable napkins above the refrigerator. **** There is a 100 dollar smoking fee Late checkout past 10am is 60 dollars. Please be respectful with my apartment but most importantly: Enjoy the space!! :)Check-in is anytime after 1:00 PM
