The reservation will be cancelled without a refund if there are any additional people in the unit. ➤ No PETS/ANIMALS of any kind are allowed. Your payment on file will be charged $300 per day. ➤ STRICTLY NO SMOKING or vaping anywhere inside or directly outside the premises. ➜ There will be a $200 per day fine if this rule is broken. If you smoke or do illicit drugs inside, your reservation will be cancelled without a refund. ➤ Please turn off the air conditioners in the warm months when you leave the apartment.
