Never leave fire unattended. - No LIGHTER FLUID or OTHER FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS in fireplace or fire pit. - No Fireworks,Burning candles, incense, or any open flames - No Discharging Firearms or weapons (owner must be notified in writing prior to arrival if bringing concealed weapon) - No Smoking or vaping inside, deck, or trails ($250 charge if smoking detected inside or butts left on property) - Gas to fireplaces is shut off. Don’t try to use gas Wildlife Safety: -Don’t leave trash or food outside, on the deck, or in your car. Keep car doors locked (Bears have been known to open car doors if they smell food) -ALL trash in outside bin MUST be in tied trash bag and LATCHED with caribener- NO Boxes or loose trash! Neighbor Courtesy - No ATVs or motorized vehicles on trails - No Motorcycles or loud vehicles - Stay on trail not crossing stream onto neighbors property Hot Tub: Hot tub rules are posted at the property and must be followed for guest’s safety and maintain the condition of the hot tub. Guest(s) assumes any and all liability & risk from use of hot tub and indemnifies Owners. All children must be supervised. Under 5 not allowed in hot tub. Guest(s) with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, on medication, or any serious illness, as well as pregnant women should not enter hot tub without consulting a physician. Do not enter if under influence of drugs or alcohol. 104° max temperature and no more than 15 minutes. Shower with soap & rinse prior to entry to remove shampoo, lotions, oils as they clog the filter. Don’t sit or stand on panel or cover. Keep cover on when not in use. Add supplied sanitizer each evening after use. Home Protection, Guest Comfort & Laws: - No Pets (will be asked to leave without refund plus $250 cleanup fee) - No Parties, large gatherings or events (celebrations are great) - No feminine products, Qtips, wipes, makeup pads, etc in toilets- they clog the Septic tank. - No grease, oil, or coffee grinds down drain . There is not a disposal. - No Self Tanner, Hair Dye, or Confetti - No Illegal drugs or ANY illegal activity ( immediate eviction without refund) - No Disabling, blocking or tampering with security camera or wifi (will terminate stay without refund) - No downloading illegal or pirated content from internet - Supervise Children at all times. You are responsible for the safety of yourself and your children. *Due to the nature of our property, booking guest agrees to complete, sign & return our rental agreement with copy of ID and all adult guests visiting or staying must complete & sign our waiver before arrival. Guest agrees to provide email address to send agreement. Feel free to request a copy to view prior to booking. Directions and door-code will be sent atleast 1 day prior to arrival, provided rental agreement & waivers have been completed, signed & received. If a guest requests a trip modification and the host accepts, that modification does not reset the free cancellation period for the trip. It remains tied to the original booking time.
