Nice Relaxing Cabin
Nice cabin in quiet location. Perfect for relaxing and unwinding. There were 2 black bears that loved playing in the tree in the front yard.

Great house and view
We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house because we were out enjoying all the things the Smokey’s has to offer but the view from the house is fantastic to sit and enjoy and there are things to keep family’s occupied that do spend more time at the house. Overall all our questions plus some were answered and we were helped the entire way when we had questions or needed anything. Would definitely recommend this property and will definitely be back.

Great location & views
Great community to stay in very quite family oriented. We had 3 bears playing in the drive way and climbing trees in the yard. While here tone of our cars broke down and the security came by to check on us and helped us find the nearest parts store. The cabin Is very clean and modern, up to date! love the back porch view & honestly my favorite thing was that they have box fans in every closet I usually have to carry my sound machine or fan with me but they had them I was so excited !! Will definitely be booking again

So beautiful!
First and foremost, the view! Wow wow wow. We enjoyed the porch with the fire pit and hot tub the most. The house is very cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed our selves immensely. The pool table was so much fun as well. We loved that the house was a little bit of a drive to town so we were away from the hustle and bustle. But still only a 25 min drive so it wasn’t too bad. If you can, get to the house for the first time in the day time because the turns can be a little nerve wracking if you’re not used to it. The owners texted while we were staying to ask if everything was going well which I very much appreciated. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Great views...BUT...!
Great loaction, great mountain views....however..pictures in VRBO ad are misleading when viewed in person. Inside cabin had a distinctive pet urine odor, and musty smell. Deck was loaded with spider webs. Spider webs were actually inside sliding glass door. Appliances are all updated, but thats all for the recent update. Beds were comfortable. 3 issues required managements assistance to reseolve. Master shower drain was severely clogged, water would not drain. Front door inside door knob was loose to the point we feard it would fall off. Fire pit tank was empty. All of these issues were addressed and recitifed by management.

Fall Leaves in Gatlinburg Area (Great View!)
As advertised. Great views, 3 bedrooms, and pet friendly. Couple tips: Last 2 weekends in Oct are overloaded with visitors in Gatlinburg and Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Recommend planning weekdays for downtown and the park. Also recommend making sure to get to the cabin for first time in the daylight. The twisty roads and couple hairpin turns in the dark could be an adventure.

Great location
The location was great to be able to see bears up close and personal. However, the cabin needs work. The home has a odor that seeps into anything you bring. The primary bathroom shower needs to have the drain cleaned as it drains very slowly. The fire pit outside doesn’t work. The cabin needs a deep clean including the windows and sills. The hot tub started to turn green a few days into our stay. The grill’s drip pan is what attracts the bears to the deck. If you go when you need the furnace, it will keep you up at night as it is very loud. We didn’t call the management service on any of these issues as we just worked around them. Overall, good location and decent place to stay, but needs some attention.

Weekend road-trip
This house was awesome! We LOVED the views - the first night we sat outside, used the hot tub, and the fire pit. Vicky was amazing to work with - very responsive and helpful. The house was big enough to fit 5 of us and the pool table was a plus to entertain the guys while the girls got ready! :) we made breakfast one morning and the bears made an appearance on the deck! I’d suggest bringing extra towels, toilet paper, tissues, seasonings, etc. I’d definitely recommend booking this place!
