Welcome to "Bear House Retreat Cabin" ! This beautiful cabin is located 1/2 mile from the parkway, in the heart of Pigeon Forge, yet secluded enough and surrounded by nature. You'll enjoy the easy drive with no steep roads, sufficient to park 3 large cars/SUVs. It's just a short drive to all attractions in Pigeon Forge.

The cabin consists of 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 twin day bed and a queen sleeper sofa . A hot tub on the upper deck, large game room with foosball, pool table, arcade game as well as a home theater area. It is located in a safe neighborhood. You could even walk to the parkway and catch a trolley into town.

PRIVATE PARKING

-Parking space, spacious for 3 large vans is available in front of the cabin.



OUTDOOR GRILL: A charcoal grill is provided by the driveway in front of the cabin. Bring your own charcoal. Please make sure to put ash inside the provided ash can.



HOT TUB: The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol and glassware are NOT allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. Do not dive headfirst into the hot tub. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please refer to the hot tub rules posted by the hot tub for further details.



FIREPLACE: The fireplace will be turned on from October 1 - April 1. No outdoor fires are allowed except for charcoal BBQ grill. No unauthorized fires (including candles) are allowed.



WIFI : Free WIFI connection available. Connect your work laptop, mobile for faster internet access



AGE : Primary guest must be 25+.



OCCUPANCY: 9 persons maximum. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy can result in many issues, including a fine by local authorities for not adhering to sprinklers/fire safety.



SECURITY CAMERA: There are two security cameras, one facing the parking area and another next to the front door facing the road. These are provided for your safety.



SMOKING: This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING cabin. No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the cabin.



★ PETS★

✓ 2 Dogs Maximum. Cats or any other pet other than dogs are not allowed. Absolutely no puppies. Dogs must be crated if unattended in the cabin. Guest assume financial responsibility for any additional damage due to pets including but not limited to cleaning, repair and replacement due to scratching, peeing or excrement in the cabin etc.



NO PARTIES or EVENTS: No parties or events of any kind are allowed.

OTHER POINTS TO NOTE:

-Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, toilet paper, hand soap . We HIGHLY recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration, such as extra towels/blankets/soap/toilet paper/shampoo/salt/pepper/cooking spray etc. There are lots of grocery stores within 5 miles.

-Please note that all bookings require signing of the Rental Agreement and providing a copy of valid Government issued photo ID of the all guests to fully confirm your reservation. Name in the ID and credit card charge will be matched. The guest also needs to provide a valid credit card for a $300 security deposit hold 3 days before check in.

-NO third party bookings. Person that makes the reservation must be the person that checks-in. In case of third-party booking, reservation will be cancelled with NO refund and the code to gain access to the house will be changed. This is for the safety of everyone involved, including the community.

-Amenities listed are usually available but cannot be guaranteed.



* Any problem in the cabin, please do not try to fix it yourself. Please inform us and we will send the appropriate technicians to fix the issues.



-The roof is metal with no attic. If a squirrel crawls on the roof or if it is raining, you will hear it, no need to be alarmed.

-We subscribe to periodical pest control, however this cabin is in the wilderness, and with that comes bugs and other wild animals, including bears, racoons, spiders etc. Please practice bear safety guidelines. Remember to keep your doors locked, throw trash in the bear-proof containers, don't feed or try to approach a bear, and don't leave any food outdoors, including on the grill nor in your car.



OTHER SAFETY: Do not lean, sit or hang on the railings. Children need to be supervised at all times.



RESPONSIBILITY: The owner is not responsible for any of the Guest's or other occupant(s) valuables, cash or other property during the rental term or thereafter left inside or outside the cabin.



CHECK IN/OUT: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We do not offer late check-out. Any delayed checkout will be charged at $50 for every 15 minutes of delay.



REFUNDS : We do not offer refunds for weather, natural disasters, accidents or illness etc. It is HIGHLY recommended to purchase your own travel insurance.
