Take in stunning sunsets and sunrises over the Navarre Nature Park. Relax with your loved ones in our peaceful 3BD/2BA home with a huge fenced backyard in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. The game room features a basketball arcade, ping pong table, and a large gazebo for outdoor enjoyment!



This cozy vacation home offers everything you need for a perfect stay, including a modern kitchen with bar stools, a full dining area, a comfortable living room, table tennis, basketball arcade, dryer/washer, fire pit & gas BBQ grill, free wifi, and a 65-inch smart HDTV. Plus, we’ve thoughtfully stocked the home with beach essentials like boogie boards, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, an Otentik sunshade, and beach towels.

Beautiful home. It’s nice and clean, easy to get to and quiet neighborhood. Very close to the beach and there’s a Dollar General at the entrance of the neighborhood. Katya is a great host and answers quickly to any questions you may have.

The place was nice, but I give it 4 stars instead of 5 for the following reasons: Dishes in dishwasher had not been put away from previous stay, the outside garbage bin was full, so we had to search for places to put our trash, and the garbage disposal did not work properly.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The home was located in a quiet neighborhood and was extremely clean and cozy. We loved the fire pit and sat outside for hours making s'mores. Katya had amazing communication from beginning to end and is very nice.

We loved staying here during our trip to Florida. There were 9 of us - 4 adults and 5 kids, and it felt like there was still plenty of room. It was close to the beach for easy beach access. The kids loved playing with the ping pong table and basketball hoops in the garage. This place had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay, the house was very clean and just as pictured. Host was responsive and courteous. It was very convenient, close to the splash pad/park and a quick drive to the island. We visited the welcome center for info on local activities/restaurants. Super helpful and informative! If you have little ones (we had 5 on our trip) I highly recommend the Gulf Breeze zoo, it was beautiful! Overall, a very pleasent stay.

Our family really enjoyed our stay while on our beach trip to Navarre. Excellent location in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, very close to shops and the beach. Everything was sparkling clean. The game room was well enjoyed by my kiddos, as well as the very private and secure backyard. The hosts were very responsive and super friendly, making us feel very welcome. We are a family of 5 that loves to travel. We have traveled to many places around the world. In the US we have experienced multiple beautiful beaches and picked Navarre as our family vacation place. It is definitely one of the most amazing places we have visited and was recently rated top 20 in the world most beautiful beaches.

We have created our dream vacation house. We worked hard on the design to earn maximum comfort and relaxation. Now, we want to share it with you!

People- We politely request that only the people listed in the reservation be present.
Deposit- “you break it, you remake it”. We understand things are happening, but we put all of us in making this place, so please, see you responsible for any damages you have made.
Parking- no more than 3 parking vehicles are allowed on the parking spot
Please do not climb on the gazebo as it's not built for that
