Sandy Sea-cret is a custom-made ocean-front home that offers fantastic unobstructed views of the ocean! It is located in the prime area of Galveston in a newly developed gated neighborhood and has easy beach access.
The house has 5 bedrooms, 4½ baths, and can sleep groups of up to 16 people. It is perfect for family gatherings and friends groups and is loaded with amenities! It is the only house in the area that has an ELEVATOR and HOT TUB available as well as a firepit and a natural gas grill! It is a spacious 3-story house that has 3506 sq ft of living space plus over 900 sq ft of the oceanfront deck area. The property has 5 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms each with a king-size bed and a private en suite bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 queen-size beds, and 1 bunk bedroom with 6 custom-built bunk beds. The beach house can accommodate groups of up to 16 people.
We don’t use any management companies or third parties to run our business - we operate this property fully by ourselves! This means that we are available 24/7 for our guests and that our guests are our absolute top priority. We go above and beyond to ensure that those who stay at our beach house have an amazing experience and make lifelong memories!

• MASTER BEDROOM 1: king-size bed, stand-alone bathroom, walk-in tile shower, walk-in closet, walkout balcony facing the street.

• MASTER BEDROOM 2: king-size bed, fireplace, en suite bathroom with double sinks, walk-in tile shower and stand-alone bathtub, walk-in closet. The bedroom has an ocean view and access to the balcony with sitting chairs.

HOUSE RULES
• Must be 30 years old or older to book the property.
• All reservations are subject to a signed contract of the Short-Term Rental Agreement. The guests must review, sign, and send back the signed rental agreement along with a copy of a valid ID within 48 hours of booking.
• No loud large gatherings (no spring break groups, parties, or prom celebrations, no youth groups without adult supervision).
•No more than 16 people including kids, infants, and day-time visitors in the house at all times.
• Our house is not child-proofed.
• No smoking (the rule includes: no smoking inside, outside, on the balconies, no e-cigarettes), no drugs, no drug paraphernalia, and no underage drinking.
• Pets of any kind are NOT allowed anywhere on the premises (inside or outside the house).
• Driveway parking only. Our driveway can accommodate up to 6 mid-sized vehicles. No street parking (strict HOA rule).
• During holidays the mimimum stay is 3 nights and during weekends the minimum stay is 2 nights.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
All our reservations are subject to a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement. The Rental Agreement contains the basic information about the property, house rules, cancellation policy, etc. We email the Rental Agreement to our guests through DocuSign, since we can't attach files in private messages on Airbnb.
The guests must review, sign, and return the signed agreement along with a copy of their valid ID within 48 hours of the booking. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled.
We do not hold dates for our guests.
