Fun in the sun, sand, and panoramic ocean and bay views are calling you to this two-bedroom, one-bath condo with central air. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the beautiful sunrise from your private 11th floor balcony.
Living space: The living and dining area boasts gorgeous ocean views through a set of glass sliders. Relax in the living room while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the 55" Smart TV. New renovations include vinyl flooring, a brand-new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, a dining area that seats six, and much more. The kitchen is well equipped with all you should need for meal prep. Our place also offers a full-size washer and dryer. Directly across the hall from the entryway, you will find a second private balcony with full bay views.
Bedrooms: One bedroom has the option to open the divider wall entirely to the main living space, so you can take advantage of the ocean views and stunning sunrises from your king-size bed. (You also have a view of the TV from here!) The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin over full-size bunk bed, plus a TV with a fire stick. Both bedrooms have closets and dressers for guests.
Beach Access: Fountainhead Towers has direct beach access from the pool deck. Simply take the elevator down to the second floor, and with a short walk across the pool deck, you will have your toes in the sand. After a day at the beach, you can rinse off using the outdoor wash area and store your beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. on the bayside balcony. We do not supply beach chairs, umbrellas or other beach items.
Amenities: Shared Beachfront outdoor heated pool with sundeck, loungers, courtyard, tennis and pickleball courts, elevators, on-site parking ($50 per vehicle, per week), and on-site management and security. Guests are permitted to use the outdoor grills for a $15 (propane) fee but must reserve them prior to use.
Location/Transportation: You'll love this convenient location where you'll find restaurants, bars, shopping, and grocery stores, all within walking distance or you can easily catch the Beach Bus to take you down to the boardwalk (or anywhere else in between). Northside Park is nearby, which offers walking paths, a playground, and many seasonal activities and events.
They host the 4th of July fireworks, and you have the perfect view from your bayside balcony!
Parking: Parking is located directly in front of Fountainhead Towers. there is no need to worry about parking garages or meters. There is a $50 fee per vehicle that covers the entirety of your 1 week stay. This is collected at check-in and MUST be paid to Fountainhead Towers. There is no fee for parking in the off-season.

House Rules/Rental Agreement
As a host, my aim is to ensure that you have as comfortable and enjoyable stay as you possibly can. I want you and your guests to create lasting memories during your stay at our place. But to do so, I would really appreciate it if you could follow the below house rules. These rules ensure that we can provide future guests with a great experience also. Please share these with your guests and/or family. We want to make sure our place is a good fit for everyone.
By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below. We trust that you will take good care of our place during your stay.
-Every guest must check in at the front desk upon arrival and pay a $50 registration fee per vehicle and receive a guest parking permit.
- The property is thoroughly cleaned and inspected for damages prior to each guest’s stay. If, however, you find that they have missed something, please notify us of any problems or damages immediately.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- Out of respect for the neighbors, noise levels must be kept to a minimum, especially between 11pm - 8am.
- You must be at least 25 to book a reservation. A government issued ID must be sent over when booking.
- HOA Requirements state that guests under 25 must have a parent or legal guardian present for the duration of the reservation. We do not allow group rentals, No Senior Week Rentals.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in the reservation.
- There are security cameras located on the exterior of our place. Tampering with these will result in a $200 fee.
- No Parties
- No burning candles inside the unit.
- No hanging, or throwing, anything off of the balconies.
- NO PETS guests are not permitted to bring pets, HOA Rules and Regulations.
- There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted in our condo unit, including balconies. Fountainhead towers has a no smoking policy in common areas. You may use designated areas outside on the south side of the building.
-No cooking or grilling in common areas or on balconies.
-Children may not play in the lobby, halls, stairways, elevators, or parking area
-Check-in after 4 pm
-Check-out by 10 am (If you are not checked out upon the cleaner’s arrival, there will be a $50 turn-away fee and $25 for every 30 min after.)
-Please load and start the dishwasher prior to check-out. Do not leave dirty dishes in any other location.
-Please empty the refrigerator and take all trash to chute.
-Please make sure both tv remotes, fan remote and 6 pool passes are present at the time of checkout. (Min. $50 fee per missing item)
-Lock doors
-If you rented linens, please follow their rules for pick-up. (Linens can NOT be left in the common hallways, leave on bayside balcony or inside the unit)
Every effort is made to ensure that all information and photographs in our listing are accurate and complete. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. The person making the reservations must be present for the duration of the reservation. (No Senior Week rentals) **We require a copy of a valid driver's license or government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**
Ocean City Ordinance: The Mayor and City Council has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Mental Health and Hygiene of the State of Maryland (COMAR 10.20.01) and that any guest causing or permitting these noise levels to be exceeded shall be subject to immediate removal or eviction.
It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City also has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, with an accordion door separating it from the living room.
2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and a twin over full bunk.
Full kitchen includes, coffee maker which uses #4 filters, toaster, and full-size appliances.
Well equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes, glasses, bowls, pots, utensils, etc.
Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer
Full bathroom with walk-in shower
Free Wi-Fi and 2 smart tv's with subscription to xfinity streaming
**No Essential Amenities** Please bring your own sheet sets, pillowcases, towels, bath mat, beach towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, dish soap, any other toiletries, etc.
We do not provide beach chairs, umbrellas or any other beach items.
