Fall asleep to the surf in this newly updated, tastefully furnished home available for the first time as a rental. Stunning views on four sides from the open-plan top floor, with chefs kitchen and wrap-around deck. On the second floor the master suite and a two-room guest room open onto a deck; the bunk room can sleep five. The fourth bedroom is ensuite one floor below. Beach chairs and toys stored by the outdoor shower at the foot of the deck stairs. Access nearby pool and tennis for free.

Parking is pretty easy at the house: Beyond the carport and single-lane driveway, there's a grassy area beside the drive.

The code to the lock will be sent your way a couple of days before arrival. An earlier check-in may be possible (often about 3:30 p.m.) but we can let you know for sure on the day itself.

Notes

Lucy, who looks after the place from her home in Avon, is also a fine cook, having worked in several area restaurants. She can arrange to deliver a custom, restaurant-quality meal to the house if you don’t feel like cooking but also don’t feeling like going out.

And please know the beach is right below the house and closer than it looks in photos, but does involve crossing two small dunes. Most folks reach it in a minute or so but anyone with mobility issues will need a hand. (The house is three stories but it has railings! )
