The accommodation was really spacious and having two bathrooms was great as we have two young adult daughters. It was super clean and really comfortable. The pool, spa and sauna were perfect for us as we always book places with these facilities and sometimes they are not clean, open etc. But here, everything was perfect. The location is ideal as it's a literally a five min walk to the beach. However, there was little else for us in Maroochydore so we drove up to Noosa for a day trip and then discovered so much more life in Mooloolaba and it's just a very short drive from the apartment. So, overall we felt this was an excellent place to stay for the price we paid which included easy parking and the hosts made the whole experience a happy one.

disappointing the bedside lamp broken off stand and dangerous, power point behind the main bedroom out from the wall, dangerous. Whoever cleans needs to wipe over with a wet clean cloth as the surfaces are tacky, Double doors weren't clean when the sun hit them they were just swirls. For what we paid we don't believe we got the value but it seems everyone wants too much for what is on offer. We go yearly to the Gold Coast and get accomodation cheaper in same type of apartment on high floor with an ocean view. Don't assume everyone has email access we opened the email to say we could access the apartment earlier when we got home. Providing constructive criticism hope it helps

We pride ourselves on quickly addressing any issues like it, we have a local electrician who we can arrange to fix issues in a very timely manner. The building is currently performing window cleaning on the exterior windows and doors, we are sorry you felt that wasn’t up to your standards. Our cleaning reviews have always been impeccable but I will provide the feedback about wiping surfaces to our cleaner for her information. All details prior to check in were sent via email/the Airbnb app, if you needed alternative contact methods to these 2 options we would’ve happily been able to send them via text message. In fact you can set up your Airbnb account to send everything via text message if you know you won’t be able to access your email. Despite this I did call you immediately back when you were checking in to help you with the code to access the lock box and sent it to you via text message within a couple of minutes. I would suggest in the future you reach out to hosts with any concerns rather than waiting until after your stay to provide your feedback so we have the opportunity to address any issues which are impacting your stay.

Great location and unit was very nice. Was pleasantly surprised at washing powder, bin liners, beach towels and additional linen supplied. Our grand daughter also made good use of the toys and boogie board left for our use. We needed to talk to the host re a misplaced key and she called me right back. We had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was even better than it looked when booking. The apartment had everything you needed and more. We loved the pool area. This place is in a fantastic location within walking distance to a lot of places to eat just across the road from the beach and only a short drive from everything really. We will definitely book again next time we come back if it’s available.
