Beach retreat on 2nd floor - Bayshore Breeze - Brigantine

No sand in the house. After visiting the beach,use the outdoor shower (backyard) to wash your feet before entering the house. Please wash off sunscreen before sitting on the sofa. No smoking/vaping, pets or parties. We define parties as 8 or more people, or excessive noise. If we have evidence of smoking or parties, we reserve the right to charge an additional $500 deep cleaning fee. Quiet hours are from 10 PM until 8 AM. While the unit is yours entirely, the property is shared with downstairs tenants. Please be mindful of noise level especially during the week when people have to go to work. Take the trash cans to the curb on Wednesday night. Remove all trash when you check out. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. Do not wash solids such as coffee grounds down the sink. Clean the lint trap before and after using the dryer. Wash beach towels and bathroom towels before checking out. If you use the beach cart, chairs and umbrella, rinse off all items and return them to the storage area under the stairs. If you use the firepit, follow the instructions kept with the firepit. Use of firepit is at your own risk. No children allowed near firepit unsupervised. After using the firepit, turn off the gas valve and replace the cover. Please return the firepit to the storage area under the stairs at the end of your stay. After using the BBQ, please turn off all burners and gas valves, clean the grill. Use of the BBQ is at your own risk. Close windows when you leave the unit and if it is raining. Close all windows prior to checkout. Wash all dishes at the end of your stay. There is a $50 charge for each lost or destroyed pillow, towel or beach tag. Before check out, put the bed sheets used during your stay into the washing machine and start the washer.
