Welcome to Villa Pine and step into this delightful 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home is situated 2 1/2 blocks from the beach. Lauderdale by the Sea is a hidden gem in South Florida and the perfect beach town for families. You will not find a nicer, more private location for your relaxing vacation. AND NO CAR NEEDED! If you want to spend the day at the beach, just load up the beach buggy and take a 5 min walk to the beach instead of stressing to find a parking spot :)

I also have a digital welcome book which I will send you as soon as you book. So convenient! All info of home and LBTS right there for you to read and save app on to your own phone for quick access!

Entering the home on the ground floor, you are greeted by a living room that offers a flat screen TV and a brand new queen size sleeper Serta sofa, ( serving as a 5th open bedroom). As you walk past the open staircase, you will find an open floor plan offering a private powder room, dining table that sits 8 people, an open family room, offering furnishings with 2 couches and another 65"Smart TV with DVD player, cable , Netflix and over 100 DVDs to chose from ranging from children to mature audience. There are also books and plenty of board games to chose from as well. The kitchen is warm and inviting with breakfast bar for 5 and 7 at dining table as part of the open floor plan. So there is seating for 12 people. There is a smaller room on the ground floor equipped with a queen size bed, flat screen TV and cable with DVR and ceiling fan. Adjacent to the room, is a large walk in laundry room off the kitchen, also equipped with washer, dryer, and beach chairs, umbrellas , lots of sunscreen. There is a fabulous, unobstructed view of the pool from the living areas and kitchen.

There are two sets of french doors in the family room which lead to the large awning that covers the patio area overlooking the extremely private resort style pool with waterfall. Some townhouses claim to have pools but they are shared or very small, so be sure to ask.Villa Pine has a full size 15x 30 pool which is the largest pool in LBS for a townhouse.
The rear patio offers 4 lounge chairs, outside dining table for 6/7, a brand new BBQ and a also a charcoal grill, 2 Beach umbrellas and beach buggy and 8 beach chairs.

Off the foyer of the second floor, you will find the master suite which offers a king size bed, a 55" flat screen TV, DVD player and cable with DVR and ceiling fan. There is also a full size crib in the corner of the room and out of the way. There is also a large walk-in closet and a private balcony with 2 chairs and a small table overlooking the yard and pool. The very private master bathroom offers a full size jacuzzi spa tub, a separate glass shower and 2 separate vanity sinks on either side of bathroom with large mirrors, blow dryer and a ceiling fan. The toilet is enclosed and even has a phone! Bedroom two has a low European style platform king size bed, built in night stands a flat screen TV, DVD player, cable with DVR. Bedroom three offers twin beds, nightstands flat screen TV, cable with DVR and ceiling fan. There is a second full size bathroom with tub and shower.
There are also 2 pack and plays. There are also 2 child/staircase gates. Vacuum in between the bath and bedrooms. Brand new carpeting throughout bedrooms.

HDTV, WI-FI throughout the home.

The paved driveway in front of garage easily accommodates 4 sedan cars.

This villa is ideal for individuals and large families in search of a relaxing getaway, in an extremely private setting, with the convenient accessibility to lots of restaurants, shops, supermarket( on corner ), diving shops, CVS, Yoga, ice cream shops, fantastic pizza places, live bands and our lovely pier.Just 2.5 miles away is the Water Taxi stop to take the family and jump on and discover all of Fort Lauderdale with a guide. Great day to spend the day as well!
It is not suited for loud parties at night as this is a very family oriented home. This is for groups of adults or families that like peace and quiet surroundings. Late night outside partying is not allowed due to loud ordinance in LBTS.

Great Getaway in Quiet Neighborhood
I stayed here during January and even though it was unseasonably cool for Ft Lauderdale, the pool heater worked great and the house was big enough for 5 people. Also, this house is walking distance to a Publix, Dunkin, and restaurants on Commercial Blvd. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a short getaway, but the perfect location. We walked to restaurants, bars, even the beach! No need for a car! That's were super comfortable and everything was super clean! Coming From the north and heading to FL, the humidity was a little too much so I went and bought a box fan to help keep us cool, so we could sleep better. Will definitely go back to this home! Sandra was most responsive and very accommodating! Gorgeous home, phenomenal pool, perfect location! If you have tiny ones, there was even a crib and a highchair here! I have not seen too many Airbnb's that have extras for the babies .

Family from multiple locations across the country converged here to celebrate the coming holidays, and enjoy some beach time. Fort Lauderdale by the Sea is a charming area and we walked over there several times to eat and see the sites. The beach is beautiful in this spot. The house and pool were perfect for four adults and two kids. Plenty of room, clean, well maintained and easy to checkin and checkout. We had great, prompt communication with our host, although nothing additional was needed during our stay. Great choice!! Peaceful.

We are a family of 5. It was nice to have a bedroom for everyone including a master bedroom with a full bathroom. The size of the house is nice - plenty of room so we didn't feel on top of each other. The heated pool was definitely a plus in late November. It was only about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach just up the road. It is also walking distance to Publix and other stores. A great find!

Before our stay/meeting Sandra, at no fault of her own, we had an issue with Ab&b and she took alot of time to call them herself to ensure we were being treated fairly. Fast foward to our stay and it was GREAT! Beautiful spacious home, although tucked away its was close to markets,the beach anything you may need. Only con was all 6 of us had concerns on the pool temperature-most of the 3 day stay. Sandra came herself to make sure it was functioning properly and it was. That being said, not sure that getting the pool heater for an additional$125 is worth it if you are also relying on the sun to warm up a pool thats BEAUTIFULLY shaded. Besides that i think we all agree we'd definitely stay here again. Sandra's was one of better hosts ive come across in past ab&b rentals and i really appreciated that.

House was in a great location. TVs in all bedrooms. The beds were all very hard except for the master bedroom. The trash can outside needed attention as it was full whewhen we arrived and had flies. The Living room furniture was comfortable enough but the sectional couch came apart. Just a few things need some extra attention. oudoor

It's not damaged. The garbage was full because the truck picks up the days after your departure and unfortunately, it was already quite full from the previous guest. Apologies for the inconvenience. Great Getaway in Quiet Neighborhood

I stayed here during January and even though it was unseasonably cool for Ft Lauderdale, the pool heater worked great and the house was big enough for 5 people. Also, this house is walking distance to a Publix, Dunkin, and restaurants on Commercial Blvd. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a short getaway, but the perfect location. We walked to restaurants, bars, even the beach! No need for a car! That's were super comfortable and everything was super clean! Coming From the north and heading to FL, the humidity was a little too much so I went and bought a box fan to help keep us cool, so we could sleep better. Will definitely go back to this home! Sandra was most responsive and very accommodating! Gorgeous home, phenomenal pool, perfect location! If you have tiny ones, there was even a crib and a highchair here! I have not seen too many Airbnb's that have extras for the babies .

Christmas Vacation

This was our 2nd time staying at this fantastic home! Plenty of room for 8 adults and 1 baby. Very clean, great location to beach, groceries and restaurants! The heated pool was wonderful! Sandra is a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend this beautiful home!

Early Christmas

Family from multiple locations across the country converged here to celebrate the coming holidays, and enjoy some beach time. Fort Lauderdale by the Sea is a charming area and we walked over there several times to eat and see the sites. The beach is beautiful in this spot. The house and pool were perfect for four adults and two kids. Plenty of room, clean, well maintained and easy to checkin and checkout. We had great, prompt communication with our host, although nothing additional was needed during our stay. Great choice!! Peaceful.

Great location

We are a family of 5. It was nice to have a bedroom for everyone including a master bedroom with a full bathroom. The size of the house is nice - plenty of room so we didn't feel on top of each other. The heated pool was definitely a plus in late November. It was only about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach just up the road. It is also walking distance to Publix and other stores. A great find!

Great Communication and Location

This house was perfect for a family girls weekend. The pool was great and we were a short walk from the beach and downtown area. Our host was extremely responsive before our stay and answered all questions in a very timely manner.

Before our stay/meeting Sandra, at no fault of her own, we had an issue with Ab&b and she took alot of time to call them herself to ensure we were being treated fairly. Fast foward to our stay and it was GREAT! Beautiful spacious home, although tucked away its was close to markets,the beach anything you may need. Only con was all 6 of us had concerns on the pool temperature-most of the 3 day stay. Sandra came herself to make sure it was functioning properly and it was. That being said, not sure that getting the pool heater for an additional$125 is worth it if you are also relying on the sun to warm up a pool thats BEAUTIFULLY shaded. Besides that i think we all agree we'd definitely stay here again. Sandra's was one of better hosts ive come across in past ab&b rentals and i really appreciated that.

Great location

House was in a great location. TVs in all bedrooms. The beds were all very hard except for the master bedroom. The trash can outside needed attention as it was full whewhen we arrived and had flies. The Living room furniture was comfortable enough but the sectional couch came apart. Just a few things need some extra attention. oudoor

I believe that mattress comfort is quite a personal preference. The sofa itself does not come apart. but the sectional pieces can be detached. It's not damaged.
The garbage was full because the truck picks up the days after your departure and unfortunately, it was already quite full from the previous guest. Apologies for the inconvenience.
