The open layout features two bedrooms on opposite sides of the kitchen, ensuring privacy for families or couples. With two full bathrooms, a dining room, a welcoming living room, and a laundry room, there’s plenty of space for everyone. Unwind on the screened porch, complete with three-season retractable windows, perfect for enjoying the fresh sea air.

Accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably - our condo is perfect for your getaway. The master bedroom includes a luxurious queen-size bed, while the second bedroom boasts a twin-over-full bunk bed with a trundle for extra sleeping space.

Cook with ease in our fully equipped kitchen, featuring a Keurig coffee machine stocked with coffee pods, as well as basic condiments for your convenience. The bathrooms come prepared with all essentials, including towels, a hairdryer, and full-sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Stay entertained in the living room with a smart TV, offering Cable TV, streaming access to your favorite shows on Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney and more. We provide bath towels, bed linens, and extra quilts for your comfort, along with beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, and an umbrella for a fun day by the water.

Lovely place to spend Thanksgiving with my two daughters. Off a busy road but tucked around to the back of the community so it was peaceful and quiet. It was very comfortable and has everything we needed.

We were very impressed with the apartment. We really felt at home and comfortable during our stay. Florin pride in her apartment was very obvious and well planned, She stocked the apartment with everything you would need and more. Her pride in this location places it top of our list for the area and we would recommend to anyone - It and she is a gem. What wonderful people to deal with and she works hard to meet your needs. This was a great deal off season for a 2 bedroom condo. It was very clean and in a quiet end spot. Florin was great with recommendations and this was in a great location north of most traffic, close to cape henlopen and Lewes. We would definitely stay here again or recommend to other if we needed a place to stay.

Florin’s condo was exactly as described in the listing. Quiet end unit, easily accessible, and spotlessly clean! Comfortable bed and seating, plenty of towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of room for us and our dog and the screened porch was an added bonus. I knew Florin was just a text away if I had any concerns. Loads of shops, restaurants, and beaches nearby. Great area to stay in to access all that the area has to offer. Don’t hesitate to book this condo. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Very nicely updated condominium in a quiet corner, first floor location, surrounded by woods. Dog friendly. VERY CLEAN and comfortable unit. Set up is perfect. Kitchen had everything that was needed and was nicely updated. Bathrooms were nice. Bedrooms, living room and dining area very cozy. Nice little screened in patio. Couple mile drive from the beaches and lots of restaurants and shopping very close by. Highway makes it difficult to access/exit, especially with traffic, but overall great place and location.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Everything we needed was there and available. The beds were comfortable and there were many extras that made everything feel like a real home. The host was very nice and helpful. The location is extremely convenient to all kinds of places- restaurants, shopping, trails, beaches, etc. Amazing price for all of that.

Host sent clear instructions for check in and location. They responded quickly to questions. The place was warmly decorated. Kitchen has high end appliances and well stocked. Loved the little enclosed porch and huge closet space. We enjoyed the pool, walks and proximity to beaches and restaurants. Host recommendations were our guidebook! Thank you for a great stay.
