Check out this 2BR/2BA 2nd floor condo w/full balcony. Unit is ON THE BEACH--no crossing the street to get to the beach. Unit has 32 ft private balcony facing the intercoastal waterway w/spectacular views of sunrises. Building has one of the largest pools in the area w/more than 50 lounge chairs & tables w/umbrellas. Pool is heated to 86 degrees yr round. Many owners in the complex don't rent so complex usually isn't crowded. You could be the only one in the pool. What are you waiting for ??
This 1150 sq ft condo has 2BR/2BA, full size kitchen, living room, dining room, private 32 foot balcony with a water view of the intercoastal and the pool. Unit has 1 king, 1 queen & 1 full size beds and will sleep up to 6. Master bath has step in shower. Coin laundry rooms are on each floor of the 4 story building. Property is secured with codes to access elevator, pool, and beach gates. Outdoor showers at both north and south end of the building are convenient.

We had a great time at Joyce’s condo. It was so convenient to just walk over the dune right to the beach. Since the weather didn’t cooperate as well as we would have liked it was nice to have so many things to do within a half hour. There is a lot of traffic on the road out front but is amazingly quiet once the doors are shut. The kitchen was well stocked with the little essentials you need if you like to cook in and there were plenty of glasses and mugs without continual washing. The sunsets on the beach were amazing. We had 4 adults on this trip which was great but it was a great place for a family with smaller kids as the one bedroom with the double and queen beds is large and plenty of space to accommodate younger children in the same room. I would recommend this condo and we would come back again. The host is the quickest responder I’ve worked with- she is great!

The open layout of the space gave the feel of openness with an abundance of seating options, from the dining room table and chairs to the 2 couches and 2 rocker/recliner chairs. Although we did not cook during our stay, there appeared to be adequate kitchen appliances and cooking tools. We weren’t beach front, but the balcony was certainly spacious with nice patio furniture. the street view wasn’t bad either. Beach access is easy peasy, the pool area was a bit confusing to get to, at least for me. And, although the weather wasn’t always bright and sunny but rather cool during our stay, we tested the pool water, which was nice and warm. We had one hiccup in the beginning, which was responded to promptly, and allowed us to enjoy the remainder of our stay.

We had a great time at Joyce’s condo. It was so convenient to just walk over the dune right to the beach.
