Looking for a fantastic island getaway? We’ve got you covered. Our newly built townhome is about a mile away from Whitecap Beach. This home is near all of the best restaurants, one of the cutest coffee shops!

Bring your own small watercraft, there is a boat launch just 500ft from our home and we have two parking spaces 10’x20’. There is a park just steps away with volleyball & basketball courts as well as playground equipment. Fishing Charters and Golf cart rentals nearby.

This home has a gorgeous kitchen, primary bathroom with super exotic stone, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths.

“super cute home away from home”

First time visiting the beach in North Padre and it was fantastic (Even our dogs loved it). Everyone should visit the Texas State Aquarium and the USS Lexington! The home was clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable. Check in was simple and easy (the unit was actually available before check in time and the host messaged to let us know that). My favorite things about the place include-proximity to beaches, restaurant, the park, the upstairs balcony. My family and I highly recommend!

Es una casa pequeña pero bien distribuida, tiene asador en la yarda, los cuartos no tienen TV pero en la sala si hay una, la casa está como nueva, muy limpia y los espacios son muy cómodos, tienen lo necesario para cocinar, solo no había aguan en el zinc de la cocina pero de ahí en más todo excelente, pasamos unas vacaciones muy agradables, volvería a quedarme aquí y lo recomiendo ampliamente

Susan was incredibly proactive with communication and quick to reply to any questions! Made check in / out and our stay a breeze. Well stocked. Nice location walkable to playground and park, short drive to the beach and restaurants. Would recommend.

We had a great stay at Susan’s place. The kitchen is well equipped and modern for family meals. We enjoyed the small patio/yard and too our dog to the nearby park. We drove to the National Seashore daily for the beach and had a great time.

our other original air bnb got cancelled & susan was such a help!! she was an amazing host, very responsive & helped us get squared away very fast. the place was super clean and a lot better than our original stay. will definitely book again if in the area :)

***Dogs must be crated when unattended. There is a large crate provided in the storage closet. Dogs left alone in an unfamiliar place can be scared, anxious and stressed out which can lead to scratching and chewing (even if this is not normal behavior for your dog)***

Payment Policy

We ask for Initial payment 60% of reservation, unless you stay ("last minute") within 30 days of your stay at which time full payment will be due. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of the vacation rental business, we cannot accept cancellations occurring later than 30 days to the arrival date. You will forfeit all sums paid unless we are able to re-rent the property, in which case we will refund an amount equal to any subsequent rental less a $100 handling fee. If a cancellation occurs prior to 30 days to arrival, full refund will be issued less a $100 handling fee.

It is highly recommended guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of family emergencies/bad weatherdelays, flight/rental car cancellation, job loss, snow/ice. COVID bans/restrictions etc. If you live in an area prone to hurricanes, forest fires, etc. and cannot make your trip, please seek reimbursement through your travel insurance.

Notes

Kitchen has everything you need to whip up something delicious. If you prefer to throw something on the grill, there’s a gas grill in the back yard. There are some card games, Mexican train and other games for a night in. The Park is super close so you don't have to miss your daily walk/run.

Please note that the Gulf of Mexico has over 600 known oil seeps, which can cause tar balls to occur naturally. PLEASE check your shoes and feet before coming in from the beach. Tar comes off pretty easily with dish detergent and or baby oil. There is a faucet at the front door and back door for use to rinse sand off and check for tar. We appreciate your help in checking for tar before entering our home.
