Blue Parrot Beach House is the perfect fit, whether your a group of 12 of a single person.

This large beach house is located in the heart of the hotel district in Hopkins, Belize. There are multiple restaurants within a short walk and next PADI 5-Star dive shop



The oceanfront beach house sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably. The house includes four ocean front master bedrooms, four bathrooms, two kitchens, two living rooms, two dining rooms, a porch leading to the beach and a balcony overlooking the ocean. All staircases are external and each floor has its own private entrance.



Need a little less space, rent either the upper or lower level/villa of the house. Each villa consists of 2 ocean front master bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, living room with 2 futons, dining room and full kitchen.



Young family or on a romantic getaway? Rent the suite ( Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room) or just an ocean front bedroom with en suit bathroom, private balcony/ porch, coffee maker and mini fridge.

According to Belize law, all property with in 66 feet from the water line is public property. Beach chairs, kayaks, paddle boards, inner tubes, corn hole and bicycles are for the exclusive use of the guests of Blue Parrot. Even though docks is owned by certain properties, all docks are on public property (in the ocean). The public is allowed access on the dock, if the dock is not in use by the dock owner.



At Blue parrot we believe in personal interaction with our guests. Reservations is usually handled by our reservations manager from the US. Once in Belize, our property managers, who lives in Hopkins, will be available to greet and assist you. The house is equip with lock boxes at each entrance. This enable guests to access the house just in case our property manager is unable to let them in. Access code will be provided to guests. A private security guard is on during at night. House keeping will be provided during your stay. Breakfast can be arranged at an additional charge.



The house is located in the resort district, 2 miles south of Hopkins, next to a Padi 5 dive shop and within walking distance on many great restaurants, bars, a gym, spa and convenience store.



Complimentary on site bicycles are available for guest use. Hire a golf cart nearby or rent a car in town.

My family of 6 rented the whole house and there was definitely enough space for all of us. The home is located conveniently by restaurants and tour guides. The pool was wonderful and having access to the water equipment was a nice plus.

STAY HERE! This place exceeded our expectations on every turn. The home was a perfect setup for 4 couples as the upstairs is completely separate from the downstairs yet we were all able to congregate and feel together. Each room has a TV and a private bathroom. Everything you need is provided. The amenities were amazing: ocean side with a dock, pool, bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, hammocks, corn hole! We ended up canceling some adventures just to spend more time here. There are restaurants & bars within walking distance. We rented a golf cart and rode bikes to get to the village for more options. The place was immaculate and multiple mid-stay cleanings were a bonus that we were not expecting. Soft new Linens/towels/beach towels & a washer/dryer. They have a team onsite that was at our beck and call everyday and arranged all of our adventures, delivered lobster, golf carts, water, anything we asked for we got it! I can't say enough about this home and the customer service. AMAZING!!

Blue Parrot Beach House is a GEM. The house is perfectly situated on a fun and active beach with plenty to do! The area is very safe and we made many local friends! The house is clean, comfortable and has everything you need as advertised. We ate at wonderful (and affordable) restaurants, all of them a short walk. The beach was clean, water gorgeous. Kayaks and Paddle Boards are a huge bonus and you can rent snorkel gear next door. I already miss morning coffee on the lanai/deck and our daily outings to the Jaguar Reef amenities- pool bar, Dock bar, etc. The Chef Rob restaurant next door is incredible. Cornel is super responsive and helpful. Our experience was everything we had hoped for and more. We rented the entire house for seven people. We can't wait to go back!

Payment Policy
We require a 50% down payment at time of reservation and the delta 30 days before arrival. The security deposit of $500 will be charged to your credit card 5 days prior to arrival and refunded 24 hrs after departure if no loss is found.
Refundable Damage Deposit
All damages/problems has to be reported within 6 hrs of arrival or if damage occur after arrival, before departure. Failure to report departure will result in $500 penalty as well as actual cost of repair or replacement of damaged property. Please see house guide for house rules.
