Enjoy a beautiful ocean-view right from your private balcony in this oceanfront community. This rare 2 bedroom in Seaside Villas recently underwent a full remodel in May 2015. New beds, TV's, Furniture, Towels, Dishes, Appliances... Everything. We tore the unit down to the studs! AND we have central air! Best 2 bedroom value on the beach in walking distance to Coligny Plaza with its restaurants, shops and entertainment, the villa includes 4 bikes and beach chairs. Master with king bed and full standing shower. Second bedroom with a queen and bunks and a sleeper in the common area. Nice full kitchen, coffee bar with Keurig and regular coffee maker. My wife, Kendall, and I live on the island. We own several villas in Seaside and take care of several others for out of town owners. We are available whenever needed and love to offer recommendations as well. Our complex is 4 buildings down the beach from the Tiki Hut and Coligny Plaza, centrally located, but not over crowded. Direct beach access on the property. Can only occupy 2 parking spots. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 2 parking permits will be issued, don't block anyone in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The owner is kind and made us feel welcomed during our vacation. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace, drinking coffee while looking at the palm trees and ocean. This place is conveniently located by restaurants, shopping and music. We will definitely be back!

The place is close to the beach which was very convenient and close to all the shops and restaurants. E-bike rentals is right opposite the apartment which was a big plus point. The downside would the cleanliness of the place and the size of the apartment. It was too cramped. The bunk beds at the entrance did not make any sense and did not feel safe. The floors were not clean and had sand. The whole apartment smelled of moth balls. The balcony carpet was filthy and unusable. Overall it wasn’t a clean place. Charging 160$ for cleaning we expect the place to be in a good shape and it wasn’t. Jeremy was super responsive and did take our complaints in a good manner and help fix the sofa bed. As host he is good!

Response:We take pride in our places and this is the largest condo at Seaside. The guest arrived right after Hurricane Debby so the balcony carpet was soaked and we cleaned it the best we could. There is sand on the beach and in the carpet on the way in, I am sure they tracked it in with them since we mop twice before each guest.

Great location to beach, Coligny and Sea pines
We enjoyed our stay. The villa location was perfect. Short walk to beach and Coligny and quick car ride to Sea pines. Loved that bikes were provided. The villa supplied everything we needed for our week stay and was very clean and updated. Our family of 4 fit perfectly. The only down side was the primary bedroom backed up to the elevator.

Response:Sorry that you didn't like that it was close to the elevator, that is a big selling point to a lot of people, that they don't have to walk far with their beach gear. But everyone likes something different. But so glad you enjoyed! Please look us up for future stays.

Perfect for our group of 4 adults, built in bunks would be good if you have littles. Great use of space, convenient to beach and well equipped. We had minor maintenance issues and Jeremy was very responsive and took care of them immediately, great host!

We only had the place for one night, but our family of 8 had a great time. The location was perfect! It was so nice to be able to walk down to the beach from our room without having to drive anywhere. There were 4 beach chairs available for our use. That was so nice! Our older kids enjoyed riding the available bikes to local ice cream and coffee shops. The setting was very peaceful. We were able to see the pool and grills from our balcony. We used one of the grills to grill steaks. The place was a little small for our group of 8, but perfect for a short trip. The price was very reasonable compared to others in the area.

Check In: 4PM - Flexible
We have a security gate to get in the parking lot and an electronic lock on the door. The code to each will be messaged to you the morning of your arrival. There is no assigned parking, but do not block anyone in. You are in the building on the right, use either of the 2 gates on the right to enter. Your parking pass will be in the unit. If security is present, tell them that you are just arriving and need to go up to get your pass. The pass must be on your vehicle’s dashboard during your stay.

Check in time is after 4pm, we will message you if the condo is ready early, please do not arrive without hearing from us. If you get there before you hear from us, you may park and head to the beach and pool.

To enter the condo type the code and manually turn the deadbolt, do the same to lock it.
