Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort has the largest beachfront pool on the island, kiddie pool, playground, activities for children and adults including tennis, pickleball courts, gym, beach volleyball, beach/pool bar, restaurant and bikes available for rent.

We wanted our condo to be your home away from home. Fully stocked kitchen. We have included games, toys, books, and puzzles. As well as a beach cart, sand toys, and umbrellas and beach chairs. A pack n play, stroller, portable high chair.
Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is the perfect family vacation spot. Our condo is on the third floor of the highly sought-after Admiral's Row building. Take the elevator up to our fully renovated two bedroom/two bath unit. The resort has the largest ocean front pool on the island. Bike rentals on site as well as activities for the kids. Two on site restaurants, one of which is oceanfront. There is even a snow cone and ice cream stand! We have provided everything you could need including beach cart, and chairs. As well as a pack n play and stroller. Pets are not allowed at the resort

Heather's place was perfect for our family. Not only did it have everything we needed for our baby but it also had toys and games that kept him occupied. I was plesently surprised with how well stocked the kitchen was as well. We were able to cook large meals. I was also very happy with the amount of beach amenities available. It was overall a great vacation.

This place was perfect for our needs. Looks exactly like the pictures. It had everything we needed for the beach including towels, cart, umbrellas and beach toys that our 5 and 8 year olds particularly loved. One of the best features is that during low tide (middle of the day), the beach was wide and had formed tide pools in the sand so our kids could play safely without being afraid of waves. Would definitely recommend for families with kids.

Heather’s place was one of the top AirBnbs that we have ever stayed. Proximity to the beach was fantastic. The place had everything we needed including boogie boards! Everything was great! Looked exactly as the photos pictured plus even more beach chairs, toys and boogie boards. The only suggestion I would give is to have a tv in the master bedroom, that was a little disappointing. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and short walk to the beach!! Thank you!!

We have traveled to several beachfront condos over the last few years, mostly in the gulf area. This condo was the most beach ready we have stayed at and it made our trip even more enjoyable. The beach wagon, canopy, chairs and umbrellas made the short walk to the beach even easier. The activities at the large pool were a lot of fun (trivia, karaoke, glitter tattoos). At the advice of others who frequent Hilton Head, we rented bikes at the resort. They were fun to ride for our family, but we are not avid bike riders. There aren't as many places to ride to (without crossing a main road) as there would be if you stayed more centrally located. Just something to keep in mind if you are considering bikes.

It was our family’s first trip to Hilton Head & it was fantastic! Heather’s condo was just the right size & was nicely decorated. She provided many amenities that made walking to the beach a breeze! Location was perfect. Close walk to the beach & the small pool. The resort provided pickleball racquets & balls, which was a nice surprise, and was overall conveniently located on the island. Heather was very responsive & provided local recommendations. Everything was very easy & we had a very relaxing summer vacation!

We loved our time in Admirals Row. We stay at this resort every summer but never knew about Admiral’s Row. We didn’t discover the smaller, more secluded pool until our last day and really wish we’d known about it sooner! But now we know for next time!

Amazing! We will definitely be back next year. The boardwalk is a short short walk from the condo, and it’s not crowded. We also drove and parked at the boardwalk next to the pool so kids could have a closer bathroom, and it was great having the BR, the pool, ice cream, and a bar with food right there! The resort itself was very chill and quiet, and all the staff were so kind. Heather was so kind, and the condo had everything and more we could have needed with kids. Decorated so cute with little homey touches, and we felt like we could have stayed for weeks!

We have a trolley stop here at Hilton Head beach and Tennis. The trolley is a free service. It can take you to the entire island. Bike paths throughout the island. And parking spaces provided.
