- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is the last 4 digits of the phone # on the reservation.

- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately
-If you ordered linens they will be delivered by 10pm at the latest on Check-In day

Check-Out Instructions:
- Check out before 10:00 AM - A late check out fee of $100 per 30 minutes will apply if guests have not vacated the property by 10:00 AM

- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:

- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Red & Coral kitchen towels stay in the unit
- Please store all beach equipment on the balcony
- Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
- For checkout place all linens, towels & blankets in laundry bags. Linens must be ready for pick up by 9 am on check out day
