Large, comfortable house "Bayerisch Häusl", 3 storeys, built in 1960, renovated in 2000. On a slope. Private: table tennis. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Parking (for 14 cars), communal covered parking. Nearby attractions: Cross Country Trail 150 m, Železná Ruda 4 km, Bikepark Špičák (CZ) 6 km, Lipno Stausee (CZ) 100 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Großer Arber 7 km. Hiking paths: Großer Arber 7 km. The house is a former guest house with a large lounge, gastro kitchen, beer tap (€ 50), cold room, underground garage and large, partially covered terrace.
