Relax, have fun watch the dolphins play in this 3 BR 2 Ba Bayfront House w sunroom + 180* amazing views and sunsets over a wide part of Assawoman Bay. Free fishing, crabbing, swimming, from the private dock. Large bay front deck with large picnic table that seats 10, + lounges + chairs.

Free community amenities for guests include 2 pools, 2 tennis/pickleball courts, miniature golf, horseshoe court, 8 acre pond with fountains + 1/2 mile walking path. Wide streets amenable to biking, + Bayfront boardwalk. The ocean is only one mile from the house.

The house and community are located next door to Northside Park featuring a kayak launch, picnic shelter, concession stands, playground, basketball courts, frequent fireworks and drone shows, 3 lighted softball/baseball fields, lighted soccer field, outdoor exercise area, 1 mile walking/jogging path, community center with a large gymnasium, sports center with multi-use arena, conference + meeting room, and kitchen.

Also located right next to Fenwick. 1 mile from grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Close to the Ocean City Boardwalk (8 miles). Close to Delaware and Maryland shopping g outlets. Delaware does not charge a sales tax. Close to Assateaque Island where you may view the wild ponies and beaches. Close to casinos and many wonderful activities are close by.
