The Balcony Room is on the second floor, having a lot to offer for the dollar value. It has great privacy, from the windows you can see trees, nature, featuring a high rise view of the mini Manhattan, White Plains.
Bathroom is shared when we have guests.
Half price for each additional guest.
Not suitable for children under the age of 12.
FREE PARKING AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST BEFORE BOOKING.
Additional fee for laundry ($10 per load - includes washer, dryer, laundry detergent, etc.).
Smoking is allowed outside only.
Full kitchen included except stove and oven.
A $80 key deposit is required for the main and room keys - optional.

Other Things To Note:
At Check-In, we would like to see Photo ID, Driver’s License and/or Passport.

Self Check-In is available in the event that myself, Eva, and my Co-Hosts, Christopher and Matthew, cannot receive guests.

AC is provided June 1st - September 1st.

I had a great experience at Eva’s place. This was my first time getting an airbnb and I really enjoyed my stay there. The hosts were kind and responsive, and I strongly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area. The room was very cozy and well cleaned before I came, and I would definitely stay here again if I am back!

I stayed in one of Eva's houses for 3 weeks in the fall. She is a very nice person and is interested in learning about each guest’s stories. She is very attentive and caters to everyone's wants and needs. She came down to the kitchen we shared every morning to keep the place clean and in order. I had a lovely room with an eastern exposure. The wooden floors seem to be freshly painted. All the descriptions match what’s in Eva’s postings. The house itself is very roomy with an enclosed front porch where guests can change their outside shoes into house shoes there. One of Eva’s sons Chris lives on the ground floor of the house, and he vacuums the house every couple of days to keep the house super clean. Even though the house is right next to the Bronx River Parkway, one doesn’t hear the passing traffic because the house has good, insulated windows and doors. The house’s proximity to the White Plains Metro North Station is ideal for someone who needs to go to Manhattan frequently.

I had the most beautiful and wonderful stay here! Eva is the most gracious, kind, helpful, accommodating, and lovely host. Her home is pristinely clean, beautiful, warm and cozy, and all around wonderfully ideal! Amazing location with lots to do in the area. All around, a 10 out of 10 experience! :)

I absolutely had a great time at this Place. Eva and her son were both so helpful. The place was so nice and had everything I needed. The house was very close to the train station which was a bonus. Look to come back in the future !

Eva is an amazing host! I stayed here for a week and it was super comfortable. She is super responsive, and she does just the right thing to make you feel welcome. I had a lot of bags, and her family helped me with my luggage in the cold! The place is just a 5 min walk away from the White Plains Station and Downtown White Plains, and she has taken great care to keep the place well maintained and clean. 10/10 would recommend! Nice place to stay for business trips. House has good vibe. 5 minutes to White Plains train station + 40 minutes by express train to Grand Central. Place has its own parking lot. Eva was very friendly and helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Eva & her family were so friendly and helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. Really nice newly renovated house, looks just like the pictures & everything was spotless. Room had a beautiful view of downtown White Plains from the balcony & a beautiful view of the sunset/sunrise. Very quiet and peaceful area to top it off , I would definitely come back and would definitely recommend to my friends and family visiting White Plains!

My name is Eva.

I am originally from Perú and have been hosting guests since 2011.

I work with my sons (Co-Hosts), Christopher and Matthew, to provide the finest hospitality for all guests.

We currently have three locations available with only a 1/2 an hour train ride to NYC.

➢ Please kindly do not smoke or vape inside the house. You may smoke or vape outside only

➢ I love animals; however, pets are currently not allowed in the house

NO PARTIES
➢ No parties or large gatherings are permitted inside or outside the house

QUIET TIME
➢ Please be respectful to other guests in the house and our neighbors by keeping the noise down after 11pm

ENJOY YOURSELF!
➢ We hope you enjoy your stay. Thank you for leaving the place as you found it

OTHER HOUSE RULES:

➢ Please remove your shoes upon entry and while you are in the house

➢ Please do not walk in a towel or undergarment around the house

➢ All grooming, make-up, manicures, etc. need to be done in your room or the
bathroom only

➢ Please remove personal body hair from the bathtub or shower after each use

➢ The bathtub, shower, sink, etc. need to be kept clean after each use

➢ Only toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet. Anything else will clog and damage the plumbing

➢ Lights, heat, and air conditioners need to be turned off when not in use

➢ Windows need to be kept closed when air conditioners or heat are in use

➢ Food and drinks are not allowed in the bedrooms. Please, eat and drink in the kitchen or dining area only

➢ Full kitchen is included, except stove and oven

➢ Light cooking only is permitted (Please no heavy cooking)

➢ Please do not leave dishes in the sink. Wash, dry, and put them away
immediately

➢ Do not bring strangers into the house. If you want to invite a friend, please check with me first

➢ There is a $80 deposit for the main and room keys upon arrival - optional
